Անհուսալի վարկեր ունեցող անձանց աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում պետական բյուջեից կհատկացվի շուրջ 500 միլիոն դրամ

Անհուսալի վարկեր ունեցող անձանց աջակցության ծրագրի 2025 թ․ օգոստոս, սեպտեմբեր և հոկտեմբեր ամիսների վճարման գործընթացն ապահովելու նպատակով՝ պետական բյուջեից կհատկացվի շուրջ 500 մլն դրամ․ Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը ներկայացրել է ծրագրի շարունակականության վերաբերյալ հարցը։

Սեպտեմբերի 9-ի դրությամբ՝ ծրագրից օգտվել է 5715 քաղաքացի․ 789-ի վարկերն ամբողջությամբ մարվել են, որի համար հատկացվել է 156.3 մլն դրամ։ Շահառուներից 1532-ը կամ 27%-ը միջոցառմանը նախորդող ամիսներին չեն ունեցել ֆորմալ զբաղվածություն։

Մեկ շահառուի միջին ամսական աշխատավարձը կազմել է շուրջ 201,000 դրամ (ներառյալ հարկերը), ինչը նախորդ ցուցանիշից բարձր է շուրջ 37%-ով։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Անհուսալի վարկեր ունեցող անձանց աջակցության ծրագրից կարող են օգտվել վարկային պարտավորություն ունեցող այն անձինք, որոնց ունեցած բոլոր վարկերի մայր գումարների հանրագումարը դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ չի գերազանցում 1 մլն դրամը, և այդ վարկերը դասակարգված են անհուսալի դասով առնվազն 3 տարի։

Ծրագրին կարող են դիմել նրանք, ովքեր ունեն զբաղվածություն, այսինքն՝ գրանցված աշխատող են։

Աջակցությունը տրվում է շահառուի աշխատավարձից հաշվարկված եկամտային հարկի գումարի 100%-ի չափով, որն ուղղվում է անհուսալի վարկային պարտավորության մարմանը: Աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է առավելագույնը 24 ամիս ժամկետով՝ սկսած շահառու ճանաչվելուն հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից։
