Բիզնես՝ զրոյից. Stepanyans' Gastro Yard

Վայոց ձորի Արենի գյուղում Ստեփանյանների ընտանիքը հայրական տանը ստեղծել է յուրահատուկ գաստրո բակ՝ պահպանելով ավանդույթներն ու համադրելով դրանք ժամանակակից մոտեցումների հետ։ Գաստրո բակն անվանել են իրենց ազգանունով՝ Stepanyans' Gastro Yard։

Ստեփանյանների գաստրո բակը տարվա բոլոր ամիսներին ընդունում է հարյուրավոր զբոսաշրջիկների՝ հյուրասիրելով հայկական ավանդական ուտեստներ և ներկայացնելով տեղում պատրաստված գինիներ։ Ստեփանյանները գինին պատրաստում են սեփական այգիներից ստացված բարձրորակ խաղողից՝ համադրելով ավանդականն ու գինու պատրաստման ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաները։

Գաստրո բակում ներկայացվում է գինիների լայն տեսականի՝ սպիտակ, կարմիր, վարդագույն, ինչպես նաև անապակ ու հնեցված տեսակներ։

Ստեփանյանների գաստրո բակը Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և NABU Հայաստանի «Գյուղական տուրիզմի զարգացման» ծրագրի շահառուներից է։ Տրամադրված դրամաշնորհի միջոցներով կարողացել են վերազինել խոհանոցը և նոր սարքավորումներ ձեռք բերել։

«Մեր բիզնեսը սկսել ենք զրոյից. բնականաբար դժվարություններ կային, բայց նպատակ էինք դրել ու հասել ենք այն ամենին, ինչ ցանկանում էինք: Արենիում գրեթե բոլորը գինոգործությամբ են զբաղվել ու յուրաքանչյուրն իր և հյուրերի համար գինի է պատրաստել: Մենք մեր գինիները պատրաստում ենք՝ օգտագործելով ավանդականից մինչև ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներ՝ կարասներից մինչև ժամանակակից տանկերներ։ Սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով տեղեկացանք «Լավագույն գաստրո բակ» մրցույթի մասին, լրացրեցինք ձևաթուղթն ու հետո Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի մասնագետների կողմից արված մոնթիորինգից հետո ճանաչվեցինք լավագույնը, ինչի շնորհիվ կարողացանք վերազինել մեր խոհանոցը»,- նշել է Stepanyans' Gastro Yard-ի տնօրեն Հայկ Ստեփանյանը։
