Բաքուն փորձում է փախչե՞լ վաշինգտոնյան պայմանավորվածություններից

Պաշտոնական Բաքուն միջոցներ է մտմտում Վաշինգտոնում կնքված համաձայնագրերից փախչելու համար։ Երեկվանից Բաքվում է գտնվում ամերիկյան պատվիրակությունը։ Միացյալ Նահանգների միջազգային զարգացման ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի գործադիր տնօրեն Քենեթ Էնջելը քննարկում է այսպես կոչված «Թրամփի ուղու» հետ կապված աշխատանքային և աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոնները։ Նա հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը չեն ցանկանում, որ այդ միջանցքը բացվի, մինչդեռ Թուրքիան և Հայաստանը հետաքրքրված են այդ գործընթացով։ Ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան այլ մանրամասներ չի հայտնում․ առաջիկայում պատվիրակությունը ժամանելու է նաև Հայաստան՝ հենց տեղում քննարկելու «Թրամփի ուղու» ճակատագիրը։

Մինչ այդ, Բաքվում արդեն կոչեր են հնչում այդ ճանապարհը անվանափոխել «Ալիևի միջանցք»։ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանը հատուկ նիստում քննարկում է վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագրերը։ Որևէ բառ «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» մասին չկա․ միակ ձևակերպումը «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» է։ Ադրբեջանցիները պնդում են, թե այդ միջանցքն այլևս իրականություն է և Իլհամ Ալիևի հերթական մեծ հաղթանակը։

Ի դեպ, վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագրերը որոշակիորեն հակասում են Ադրբեջանի Սահմանադրությանը։ Նախաստորագրված խաղաղության համաձայնագրով Ադրբեջանը ճանաչել է Ալմաթիի հռչակագիրը, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանի Սահմանադրությամբ այդ երկիրը ճանաչվել է ոչ թե Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի, այլ 1918-20 թթ․ Ադրբեջանի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետության իրավահաջորդ։ Ադրբեջանը տարածքային նկրտումներ ունի ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև Իրանի, Վրաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հանդեպ։ Այժմ, Ալմաթիի հռչակագիրը ճանաչելով, նրանք փաստացի հակասում են իրենց իսկ Սահմանադրությանը։ Ըստ երևույթին՝ հենց այդ հարցերն են փորձում քննարկել, նաև իրավական ուղիներ իրենց համար հարթել՝ խաղաղության համաձայնագրից անհրաժեշտության պահին հրաժարվելու և նոր ռազմական էսկալացիա սկսելու նպատակով։
