Մանրամասներ՝ «Ազնավուր» սրճարանի դիմաց 16-ամյա տղային ծեծի ենթարկելու դեպքի մասին

Տեսախցիկը ֆիքսել է, թե ինչպես են Արաբկիրում գտնվող «Ազնավուր» սրճարանի մոտ ծեծի ենթարկում 16-ամյա տղայի, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը:

Տղան տեղափոխվել է «Ուիգմոր» հիվանդանոց․ նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառողները, ովքեր Արաբկիրում հայտնի սրճարանի տերն ու նրա տղան են, դեռևս չեն հայտնաբերվել:

Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին արտակարգ դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 21:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Նաիրի Զարյան փողոցում, Արաբկիրի թաղապետարանի դիմաց գտնվող, ժողովրդի կողմից օգտագործվող «Ազնավուրի սրճարան»-ի մոտ, «Իքս պլանետ» սրճարանի հարևանությամբ մի խումբ անձինք վիճաբանել էին, ծեծկռտուք էր տեղի ունեցել ու կար վիրավոր։

Ժամանել էին ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում պարզվել էր, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։

Մինչ ոստիկանները դեպքի վայրում էին, «Ուիգմոր» կանանց և երեխաների հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ էր ստացվել ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին, և հայտնել էին, որ «պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ էր տեղափոխվել տղա երեխա։ Հիվանդանոց մեկնած Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները պարզել էին, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը Երևանի բնակիչ 16-ամյա Վահան Ա․-ն է։

Տեղում ոստիկանները պարզել էին, որ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում «Ազնավուր» սրճարանի մոտ՝ «Իքս պլանետ» սրճարանի հարևանությամբ, երեխային էին մոտեցել 2 հոգի և սկսել ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ հասցնել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին և հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ։

Այն տևել էր մոտ 20 րոպե։ Այդ կերպ տևական ժամանակ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք էր ցուցաբերվել նաև հասարակության նկատմամբ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները պարզել էին, որ երեխային ծեծի ենթարկողները եղել են Երևանի բնակիչներ՝ 59-ամյա Վարդգես Դ․-ն և 33-ամյա Ռոբերտ Դ․-ն։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր էին կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժին։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ կային տեղեկություններ, որ նշված անձանց հետ եղել են մոտ 20-ից ավելի քաղաքացիներ, իսկ Վարդգես և Ռոբերտ Դ․-երը հայր ու որդի են, և նրանց է պատկանում «Ազնավուր» սրճարանը։
