Մարդկանց մոլորության մեջ են գցում, խաբում են. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մոտենում է հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը, մնացել է երկու ամսից քիչ ժամանակ, և կառավարությունը փորձում է ամեն կերպ մեծացնել հայտարարատուների թիվը, որը վերջին տվյալներով չէր հասնում անգամ 100 հազարի։

«Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնությունը և նրա ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը դեռ ամիսներ առաջ նախաձեռնեցին «Դեմ եմ հայտարարագրմանը» արշավը, որը ևս, փաստորեն, տվել է իր արդյունքները։ Սարգսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասում է՝ հարցում են ուղարկել պետեկամուտների կոմիտե, պատասխանը ստանալու ժամանակ հստակ կտեղեկանան, թե քանի քաղաքացի է հայտարարագիր ներկայացրել։ «Մեր նախնական գնահատմամբ, այս պահին հայտարարատուների ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերի քանակը չի գերազանցելու 120 հազարը։ Պատրաստվում են իրենց եկամուտները հայտարարագրել կամ հայտարարագրել են բացառապես այն անձինք, որոնք ունեն ուսանող զավակներ և մինչև 100 հազար դրամ հետ ստանալու խնդիր ունեն։ Իրենց երբևէ կոչ չենք էլ արել, որ չհայտարարագրեն եկամուտները, այսինքն՝ սա ամբողջությամբ մեր պլանի շրջանակներում է։ Հայտարարագիր են ներկայացնում նաև պետական սեկտորի որոշ աշխատակիցներ, որոնք վախենում են իրենց ղեկավարների պահանջներից։ Նաև ստանում ենք ահազանգեր, որ դպրոցներում կամ այլ պետական մարմիններում պարտադրում են հայտարարագիր ներկայացնել։ Նրանք զանգահարում են մեր գրասենյակներ և ասում, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, չեն ներկայացնելու դրանք։ Մարդկանց մոլորության մեջ են գցում, նույնիսկ խաբում են, ասում՝ հիփոթեքային վարկի եկամտային հարկերը հետ չեք ստանալու։ Օրենքով այդպիսի կարգավորում նախատեսված չէ, բայց մոլորության մեջ գցելով, վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծելով՝ ստիպողաբար փորձում են այնպես անել, որ մարդիկ հայտարարագիր լրացնեն»,«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Սարգսյանը։

Կարծում է, որ իրենց նախաձեռնությունը հաջողել է, որովհետև մարդիկ ականջալուր են եղել իրենց, բացասական հետևանքների մասին տեղեկացված են և չեն ներկայացնում հայտարարագրեր։ «Ե՛վ զրույցների, և՛ մեր արշավների ընթացքում ասել ենք՝ կանխատեսում ենք, որ մինչև 150 հազար քաղաքացի կներկայացնի հայտարարագիր։ Մոտավորապես մեր կանխատեսումների շրջանակներում ենք։ Ակցիան հաջողությամբ կընթանա և ավելի մեծ թափ կստանա արդեն նոյեմբերից սկսած։ Կգնանք մինչև վերջ, որպեսզի հասնենք այս անհեթեթության չեղարկմանը։ Ընդգծեմ, որ արդեն հոկտեմբերից սկսած պատրաստ ենք լինելու։ Ըստ պատեհության կհասկանանք՝ երբ ենք մեկնարկում»,-նշեց նախաձեռնության ղեկավարը։
