ՔՊ-ի վարկանիշը պատմական մինիմումի վրա է, հասարակությունը փնտրում է նոր այլընտրանք. Արմեն Հովասափյան

«Փաստ» լրատվականի հետ զրույցում քաղաքագետ Արմեն Հովասափյանը մեկնաբանեց «Գելափի» վերջին հարցումները և դրանց քաղաքական նշանակությունը։

Հովասափյանի խոսքով՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակում ՔՊ-ի վարկանիշը հասել է պատմական մինիմումի․

«Չնայած նախորդ հարցումների համեմատ մոտ 4 տոկոս աճ կա, սակայն դա մարդկանց տրամադրություններում էական փոփոխություն չի արտացոլում։ Կարծում եմ՝ այդ տատանումը պայմանավորված է Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված փաստաթղթի էմոցիոնալ ազդեցությամբ, որը, սակայն, ժամանակավոր երևույթ է։ Ինչքան էլ իշխանությունը փորձի այն ներկայացնել որպես «պատմական» իրադարձություն, հասարակության զգալի հատվածը՝ 50 և ավել տոկոսը, չի վստահում օրվա կառավարիչներին։ Այլ բան է, որ ընդդիմությանը ևս չեն վստահում»։

Քաղաքագետը ընդգծեց, որ ավանդական ընդդիմադիր ուժերի վարկանիշները որոշ չափով հուսադրող են, և դա ցույց է տալիս, որ աշխատելու և դիրքերը բարելավելու շանսերը առկա են․

«ՔՊ-ի չափազանց ցածր ցուցանիշը վկայում է իշխանության լեգիտիմության խորքային ճգնաժամի մասին։ Հանրային վստահությունը նվազում է ոչ թե մեկ որոշման կամ պատերազմի հետևանքով, այլ աստիճանաբար կուտակվող ապատիայի։ Այս հարցումները վկայում են, որ քաղաքական դաշտում նոր վերաձևավորման գործընթաց է սկսվում։ Նորմալ կազմակերպված և հստակ ռազմավարությամբ գործող ուժերը կարող են կոտրել ՔՊ-ի մենաշնորհը»։

Անդրադառնալով Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնած նոր շարժմանը՝ Հովասափյանը նշեց․

«Գելափի» արդյունքներով «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը ստանում է 13,4%։ Սա աննախադեպ բարձր մեկնարկ է մի ուժի համար, որը դեռ մեկ ամիս էլ չկա։ Կարապետյանի թիմը դեռ սահմանային փուլում է․ մարդիկ փորձում են հասկանալ՝ ինչ է առաջարկվում և ովքեր են ներգրավված։ Բայց արդեն իսկ ակնհայտ է, որ հանրությունը հոգնել է ավանդական քաղաքական տեքստերից ու դատարկ խոսակցություններից և Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնության մեջ նոր հնարավորություն է տեսնում»։

Քաղաքագետի համոզմամբ՝ Կարապետյանը ֆինանսական և կազմակերպչական մեծ ռեսուրսների շնորհիվ արագ կարող է դառնալ իշխանության գլխավոր մրցակիցներից մեկը․

«Նրա նախաձեռնությունը կարող է դառնալ համակարգային այլընտրանք, եթե կարողանա համախմբել դժգոհության մեծ մասը, հասարակության հետ խոսել պարզ ու հստակ լեզվով և ներկայացնել իր նպատակներն ու առաջնահերթությունները»։
