TOON EXPO 2025. Աննախադեպ առաջարկներ Firdus Prime Residence և Gyurjyan Cascade համալիրներում բնակարան գնողների համար

«Մերիդիան» ցուցահանդեսների կենտրոնը վերածվել է անշարժ գույքի և շինարարության ոլորտի ամենահանդիսավոր իրադարձության վայրի․ մեկնարկել է TOON EXPO 2025-ը։ Ցուցահանդեսը համախմբում է ոլորտի առաջատարներին՝ ներկայացնելով ավելի քան 30․000 բնակարանային առաջարկներ Հայաստանի և արտերկրի շուկայից։ Սա բացառիկ հարթակ է, որտեղլայն հանրությանը հասանելի են դառնում  նոր նախագծեր ու բազմաթիվ հատուկ առաջարկներ։

Էքսպոյի կարևոր մասնակիցներից է «Արտքոմփանի» կառուցապատող ընկերությունը, որը ցուցահանդեսին ներկայացնում է իր երկու խոշորագույն նախագծերը՝ Gyurjyan Cascade և Firdus Prime Residence բնակելի համալիրները։ Ընկերությունը հատուկ այս միջոցառման շրջանակում հանդես է գալիս աննախադեպ և նորարարական առաջարկներով։

Առաջին արտոնյալ փաթեթը վերաբերում է քեշբեքի բացառիկ ծրագրին․ սեպտեմբերի 5-7-ը Gyurjyan Cascade թաղամասում բնակարան ձեռք բերող յուրաքանչյուր գնորդ ստանում է 40․000 դրամ քեշբեք յուրաքանչյուր քմ-ի համար։ Գումարի մինչև 80%-ը տրամադրվում է դրամական տեսքով, իսկ մնացածը՝ ՎԵԳԱ խանութների ցանցում գնումների հնարավորությամբ։ Բացի այդ, եթե քեշբեքն ամբողջությամբ օգտագործվում է ՎԵԳԱ-ում, գնորդին տրվում են լրացուցիչ արտոնություններ՝ մինչև 20% հավելյալ զեղչ և քեշբեկի գումարի 30% հավելում։

Երկրորդ առաջարկը Հայաստանում նախադեպը չունեցող քայլ է՝ գնորդի վճարումների ապահովագրություն։ Արտքոմփանիի, Արգո Ռիելթի և ԷՖԵՍ ապահովագրական ընկերության համատեղ նախաձեռնությունը ստեղծում է նոր ֆինանսական երաշխիք, որը հիմնված է միջազգային լավագույն փորձի վրա։ Այն երաշխավորում է, որ գնորդի բոլոր վճարումները պաշտպանված են շինարարության ամբողջ ընթացքում․ անշրջելի պայմաններով ապահովագրվում են Gyurjyan Cascade և Firdus Prime Residence նախագծերում կատարվող գործարքները։ Ապահովագրությունը գնորդի համար լիովին անվճար է և գործում է մինչև շենքի վերջնական պատրաստ լինելը։

Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները շեշտում են, որ այս նախաձեռնությունները միտված են ոչ միայն բարձրացնելու գնորդների վստահությունը, այլև ձևավորելու նոր մշակույթ անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման ոլորտում՝ ստեղծելով ֆինանսական կայունության և անվտանգության աննախադեպ միջավայր։
