Ամերիկյան ընկերությունը հրաժարվել է գործակցել ՀՀ կառավարության հետ

Ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ առաջ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը Ստոկհոլմի արբիտրաժում սպասվող դատավարությանն ընդառաջ որոշում էր կայացրել պայմանագիր կնքել ամերիկյան Arnold & Porter փաստաբանական ընկերության հետ, որ այդ ընկերությունը ներկայացնի ՀՀ շահերը «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության պետականացման գործի քննությանը։ Արդեն երեկ կայացած նիստում հին որոշումը չեղարկվել է, իսկ նախատեսված գումարը՝ 3,2 մլն դոլար, փոխանցելու են մեկ այլ ամերիկյան ընկերության՝ Foley Hoag-ին։ Պաշտոնական պարզաբանումն այն է, թե երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում նոր հանգամանքներ են ի հայտ եկել, շահերի բախման խնդիր կա, որն էլ խոչընդոտում է Arnold & Porter-ի հետ համագործակցությունը։

Մանրամասներ, իհարկե, չեն հաղորդում։ Arnold & Porter ընկերությունը լուրջ ընկերություն է, որը հաղթել է վերջին 60 գործերից 53-ում։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ամերիկյան ընկերությունն ինքն է հրաժարվել համագործակցել ՀՀ կառավարության հետ, և պատճառը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ անցած շաբաթ արած հայտարարություններն են։

Հիշեցնենք, նիստից հետո տված ճեպազրույցում Փաշինյանը մեկնաբանել էր Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Լիպարիտ Դրմեյանի հայտարարությունը՝ Ստոկհոլմի արբիտրաժի որոշման անհապաղ կատարման անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը գազազել էր, ասել. «Կառավարությունը ես եմ… չի կարող որևէ մեկը իմ դիրքորոշմանը հակասող դիրքորոշում ունենալ։ Ընդհանրապես, եթե կառավարությունում մարդիկ կան, որ իմ դիրքորոշմանը հակասող դիրքորոշում ունեն, հենց հիմա թող դիմում գրեն ու շենքերից դուրս գան, եթե ոչ՝ ես ինքս նրանց կհանեմ»։ Իսկ հաջորդ օրն իսկ Դրմեյանին ազատել էին զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից։ Եվ հենց այս ապօրինությունն էր լցրել ամերիկյան ընկերության համբերության բաժակը։
