Հայաստանի կառավարության միջամտությունը եկեղեցու գործերին նրա աճող ավտորիտարիզմի հիմնական ցուցիչն է. Ամստերդամ

Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպանության խորհուրդը գրում է. «Միջազգային փաստաբան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը X սոցիալական հարթակում գրառում է կատարել՝ նշելով․ «Հայաստանի կառավարության միջամտությունը եկեղեցու գործերին նրա աճող ավտորիտարիզմի հիմնական ցուցիչն է։ Պարոն Փաշինյանի անվստահ և հիստերիկ հայտարարությունը՝ «կառավարությունը ես եմ», ասում է այն ամենը, ինչ պետք է իմանալ Արևմուտքի կողմից հաճախ գովաբանվող այս «ժողովրդավարության մասին»։

Գրառմանը կից Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, որում, խոսելով Սամվել Կարապետյանի ապօրինի կալանավորման, ՀԷՑ-ի բռնագրավման և միջազգային հրատապ արբիտրաժում Կառավարության կրած պարտության մասին, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ վարչապետը շարունակում է պահանջել Կառավարությունում բոլոր այն պաշտոնյաների հրաժարականը, որոնք համաձայն չեն իր որոշումների հետ՝ ներառյալ կառավարությունում միջազգային իրավական հարցերով զբաղվող ամենաբարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայինը։

Խոսելով նույն ասուլիսի ընթացքում եկեղեցու հասցեին հնչեցված հայտարարությունների մասին, Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը նշել է․ «Հայաստանի կառավարության վարքագիծը և օրենքի գերակայությունից այսպիսի կտրուկ հեռացումը պետք է լուրջ մտահոգություն առաջացնեն բոլոր այն մարդկանց մոտ, ովքեր հավատում են ժողովրդավարությանը և պետություն-եկեղեցի տարանջատման սկզբունքներին:

Նույն այդ ուշագրավ մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում վարչապետը բացահայտ ու անպատշաճ ձևով սպառնում է գլխավորել Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու առաջնորդին՝ Կաթողիկոսին փոխարինելու շարժումը։

Վարչապետի գործողությունները, որոնք ակնհայտորեն բխում են իր անձնական դրդապատճառներից, հանգեցրել են Կաթողիկոսի «անհամապատասխանության» վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքների։ Այդ մեղադրանքները լիովին դուրս են Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության ու վարչապետի իրավասությունների շրջանակից։

Առաքելական եկեղեցու կանոնների համաձայն՝ քաղաքական գործիչները չեն կարող միջամտել եպիսկոպոսների որոշումներին՝ հոգևոր առաջնորդի ընտրության գործընթացում։ Սա իսկապես խայտառակություն է։ Վարչապետը չի կարողանում գիտակցել, որ հավատքն ու պաշտամունքը իր իշխանության սահմաններից դուրս են։

Վարչապետը կարծես հավատացած է, որ քանի որ ինքը առաջնորդել է ժողովրդական հեղափոխությունը, իրավասու է փոխելու Հայաստանի կյանքի յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտ։

Ես միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոք, ով հետևում է վարչապետի պահվածքին՝ թե՛ իմ վստահորդի նկատմամբ, թե՛ եկեղեցու, պետք է խորապես մտահոգված լինի օրենքի գերակայության և Հայաստանի կառավարման ապագայով։

Եվ ես ուզում եմ շատ հստակ նշել (քանի որ մենք գիտենք, որ Հայաստանում որոշ պաշտոնյաներ շուտ են բռնկվում), որ մենք կոչ չենք անում իշխանափոխության, բացի սահմանադրական ճանապարհով նախատեսվածից:

Բայց այն, ինչ մենք ասում ենք, հետևյալն է. Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը հաջորդ ընտրություններում պետք է լավ մտածի այն մարդու մանդատի վերակագնման մասին, ով կարծես, մոռացել է իր պարտականությունները թե՛ սահմանադրության, թե՛ Աստծո առաջ»:
