Խնդիրը կարգավորվել է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ Արարատի մարզի Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչները բողոքում են քաղաքի գարշահոտությունից: Խնդիրն առաջացել է կոյուղաջրերի ոչ ճիշտ հեռացման համակարգի հետևանքով, ինչը օրեր շարունակ մատնվել է անուշադրության:

Տեղացիները կոտրել են կոյուղաջրերի հեռացման համակարգի խողովակները, ավազի պարկերով ծածկել դիմացը, որպեսզի ջուրը նստվածքներից առանձնանա, և իրականացրել գյուղատնտեսական դաշտերի և այգիների ոռոգում: Սա ազդել է մթնոլորտի և շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտվածության վրա:

Պարզվում է՝ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ: Մշտապես բարձրաձայնվում է, որ Արարատի մարզում կոյուղաջրերն օգտագործվում են ոռոգման նպատակով:

Այս ամենի մասին են վկայում նաև ջրաբան Քնարիկ Հովհաննիսյանի՝ տարիներ առաջ կատարած ուսումնասիրությունները: «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ նման իրավիճակ եղել է 3–4 տարի առաջ, այսօրվա մասին տեղեկություններ չունի: Նրա կարծիքով՝ խնդիրը չի կարգավորվել, քանի որ ոռոգման ջուրն այդ մարզում շարունակում է հրատապ թեմա մնալ:

«Խնդիրը կա: Այդ օրվանից մինչև այսօր ոռոգման ցանցը չի նորոգվել, վիճակը կարող է ավելի վատթարանալ: Կան տեղեր, որտեղ կեղտաջրերն օգտագործվում են ոռոգման նպատակով կամ խառնվում են»,– ասաց նա:

Քնարիկ Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ ոռոգման սեզոնին գյուղացին լուրջ խնդրի առաջ է կանգնել, իսկ Սևանա լճից բաց թողնված ջուրն էլ նրանց չի հասել:

«Ի՞նչ անի խեղճ գյուղացին: Մեղավոր են այն մարդիկ, ովքեր պետք է այդ գործն անեն, իսկ նրանք իրենց պարտականությունները չեն կատարում»,– նշեց նա:

Խնդրին այսօր վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն է անդրադարձել և հանձնարարել ոռոգման ու կոյուղու ջրերի խառնման դեպքերի վերացման միջոցներ ձեռնարկել` կիրառելով օրենքով սահմանված առավել խիստ պատժամիջոցներ:

«Մասնավորապես, վերջին շրջանում խիստ անթույլատրելի բնապահպանական իրավիճակ է արձանագրվել Արարատի մարզի Այնթապ, Դարակերտ, Նորաբաց, Գետափնյա, Դաշտավան, Զորակ գյուղական և Մասիս համայնքներում։ Արձանագրվել են նաև ոռոգման և կոյուղու ջրերը խառնվելու դեպքեր, որոնք լուրջ վնաս են հասցնում ինչպես շրջակա միջավայրին, այնպես էլ գյուղատնտեսությանը»,– ասել է վարչապետը:

Արարատի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Հայկազ Տերտերյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ նման մեկ դեպք է եղել, իսկ խնդիրն էլ արդեն կարգավորվել է:

«Գյուղացիներն իրենք էին կոյուղին ծակել, բայց հիմա ամեն ինչ լուծվել է»,– պնդեց բնապահպանության վարչության պետը:

Նա հավելեց, որ ոռոգման ջրի սակավության պատճառով գյուղացին կոյուղաջրով է ոռոգել դաշտերը:

Իսկ աղտոտվածության վերաբերյալ էլ հայտնեց, որ վիճակն անհանգստության առիթ չի տալիս:
