Փաշինյանն Ալիևի հետ լուծարեց Մինսկի խումբը

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարվել է։ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից հայտնել են, թե ստացել են ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահող Ֆինլանդիայի արտգործնախարարի նամակը, որով հաստատվում է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի գործընթացի և առնչվող կառույցների լուծարման վերաբերյալ որոշման համար սահմանված լռելյայն ընթացակարգը ԵԱՀԿ անդամ պետությունների կողմից չի խախտվել, և որոշումը սեպտեմբերի 1-ից համարվում է ընդունված։

Շուրջ երեք տասնամյակ, Արցախյան պնդմամբ զբաղվող Մինսկի խմբի լուծարումն Ադրբեջանի պահանջներից մեկն էր, և փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հաճույքով կատարել էր Բաքվի պահանջը։ ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ֆերիդուն Սինիրլիօղլուն ողջունել է Մինսկի գործընթացի փակումը X-ի իր էջում՝ նշելով. «Շնորհավորում եմ Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության ուղղությամբ այս կոնկրետ քայլի համար, որը դիվանագիտության ազդեցության հզոր վկայություն է»։

Մի շնորհավորանք էլ Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն է տարածել. «Մենք ողջունում ենք ԵԱՀԿ Նախարարների խորհրդի 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ի որոշումը՝ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու և նրա դուստր կառույցները վերացնելու մասին։ Այս պատմական որոշումը, որը հնարավոր դարձավ երկու երկրների համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ, դարձավ հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության գործընթացի կարևոր ասպեկտներից մեկը», ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Ոչ պակաս ցնծում են նաև ադրբեջանական կառույցներն ու ԶԼՄ-ները։ Իսկ ՀՀ իշխանությունները շարունակում են Արցախի հարցը փակելու իրենց հետևողական քաղաքականությունը։ Այսօր Եռաբլուրում կայացել է «Արցախի կանչը» հուշակոթողի բացման արարողությունը։ Հազարավոր հայորդիների գերեզմաններ անցել են թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ, և հուշակոթողն էլ նախաձեռնել են, որպեսզի զոհերի հարազատները սգալու և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու տեղ ունենան։ Իշխանությունները անջատել են էլեկտրականությունը Եռաբլուրի տարածքում, որպեսզի խոչընդոտեն հուշակոթողի բացմանը։ Որևէ մեկը չէր էլ կասկածում, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր վարչախումբը հերթական անգամ կշարունակեն իրենց գործողությունները՝ վնասելով իրավիճակը։
