Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին զգուշացրել են, որ հրապարակի զեկույցը

Սեպտեմբերի 8-ին մեկնարկելու է Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նստաշրջանը։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը լուրջ մտադրություն ունի առնվազն առաջիկա նիստերում կամ էլ, լավագույն դեպքում, սեպտեմբերի 27-ից հետո հանրայնացնել 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը։ Հիշեցնենք, զեկույցը գրեթե մեկ տարուց ավելի պատրաստ է, բայց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը համառորեն հրաժարվում է այն հրապարակել՝ փաստացի այդ կերպ փորձելով երկարաձգել իր պաշտոնավարումը հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում։

Թեպետ Քոչարյանը վերջին ամիսներին փորձել է կապեր հաստատել Փաշինյանի հետ, որպեսզի իր վրայից հեռացնի ՔՊ-ում առկա խորն անվստահությունը, բայց, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Փաշինյանն առանձնապես ցանկություն չունի խոսելու Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հետ, ընդամենը միջնորդների միջոցով տեղեկացրել է, որ նրա հետ խոսելու բան կունենա միայն զեկույցը հրապարակելուց հետո։ Իսկ որ զեկույցը հրապարակվելու է հենց այս նստաշրջանում, որևէ մեկը կասկած չունի։ Ընդ որում, գործադիրից հենց Քոչարյանին ասել են, որ եթե ինքը չհրապարակի, ապա Ազգային Անվտանգության Ծառայությունը կհրապարակի իր մոտ հայտնված տարբերակը, և այդ դեպքում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին առանձնապես անելիք չի մնա։

Ինքը՝ Քոչարյանը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ այդ զեկույցից հետո այլևս իշխանությանը որևէ կերպ պետք չի լինելու, իր ծառայությունների կարիքը չեն ունենալու։ Ավելին, «Քաղպայմանագրում» վստահ են, որ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի անունը չի լինելու խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններում ՔՊ ընտրացուցակում։ Վերջինս հասցրել է փչացնել հարաբերությունները «Քաղպայմանագրի» գրեթե բոլոր պատգամավորների հետ։
