Նոր շարժում՝ հին խնդիրների լուծման համար․ «Մեր ձևով»֊ը մեկնարկեց Երևանում

Օգոստոսի 29-ին, Երևանի «Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրում, պաշտոնապես ներկայացվեց Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ հիմնադրված «Մեր ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժումը։ Շնորհանդեսին հաջորդեց համակարգող խորհրդի մամուլի ասուլիսը, որին մասնակցում էին հայաստանյան և օտարերկրյա ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ։

Միջոցառման սկզբում հրապարակվեց Սամվել Կարապետյանի ուղերձը, որտեղ շեշտվեց․ «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը դառնալու է այն հենքը, որի վրա կձևավորվի նոր քաղաքական ուժը՝ ուժ, որի կարիքը բոլորը զգում են այսօր։ Մեր ծրագրերը հաստատուն են։ Մենք շարունակելու ենք Մե՛ր ձևով»։

Շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի ղեկավար Նարեկ Կարապետյանը իր ելույթում ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանում ձևավորվել է խոր անվստահություն քաղաքական դասի նկատմամբ։ Ըստ նրա՝ հասարակության հոգնածությունը խոստումներից և անարդյունավետությունից պետք է փոխակերպվի պահանջարկի դեպի գործնական քայլեր․ «Հայ ազգը Ձև ունի։ Մնում է բոլորին ցույց տալ Մեր ձևը։ … Շարժումը ապաքաղաքական կամավոր միավորում է՝ մարդկանց, ովքեր պատրաստ են անձնուրաց ծառայել հանրօգուտ նպատակի։ Սա մեր կատարելիք աշխատանքի առաջին փուլն է։ Երկրորդ փուլում շարժման հիման վրա ձևավորվելիք կուսակցությունը մասնակցելու է ընտրական գործընթացներին և մեր մշակած ծրագրերը վերածելու է պետական քաղաքականության»։

Հիմնական ուղղությունները

Շարժման գործունեությունը բաժանվում է հինգ աշխատանքային խմբերի, որոնք ընդգրկում են երկրի առաջնահերթությունները.

1. Տնտեսություն․ արդյունաբերություն, գյուղատնտեսություն, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներ, նոր մոդել՝ աշխատատեղեր և բարեկեցություն բոլորի համար։

2. Երիտասարդ ընտանիքներ․ ժողովրդագրական քաղաքականություն, ծնելիության խթանում, մայրության դերի բարձրացում, առողջապահության նոր համակարգ։

3. Արտաքին քաղաքականություն․ իրական խաղաղության ապահովում և աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր մարտահրավերներին համապատասխան ռազմավարություն։

4. Երիտասարդներ և սպորտ․ տաղանդավոր երեխաների և երիտասարդների աջակցություն, մանկապատանեկան սպորտի նոր քաղաքականություն։

5. Եկեղեցի և արժեքներ․ Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ եկեղեցու դերի բարձրացում, ազգային արժեքների պահպանում, բացասական երևույթների դեմ պայքար։

Աշխատանքային խմբերի անդամները ներկայացրեցին իրենց հետագա անելիքները՝ ընդգծելով շարժման գործնական մոտեցումները։

Շարժման ուղերձը պարզ է․ եթե քաղաքական գործիչները կենտրոնացած են խոստումների ու քարոզչության վրա, ապա այս նախաձեռնությունը ձգտում է գործնական արդյունքների։ Կարապետյանի գործարար փորձը և իրական ծրագրերը, որոնք շարունակվել են անգամ նրա անօրինական կալանքի պայմաններում, ձևավորում են վստահություն, որ շարժումը կարող է դառնալ հասարակության սպասած այլընտրանքը։

Կարապետյանի կողմնակիցների համոզմամբ, «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը կարող է միավորել ազգային ներուժը և ընդամենը 5–6 տարվա ընթացքում կառուցել այն Հայաստանը, որը կլինի բոլոր հայերի անվտանգ ու բարեկեցիկ տուն։

«Մեր ձևով» շարժումը փորձում է փոխարինել խոստումները գործնական օրակարգով՝ տնտեսությունից մինչև արժեքներ, և դառնալ այն հարթակը, որտեղ հասարակությունը կտեսնի ոչ թե խոսքեր, այլ իրագործված ծրագրեր։
