Երեխայի կրթության որակով մտահոգ ծնողները կկարողանան մի փոքր ջանք դնել. ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը՝ դասերը 08:15-ին մեկնարկելու մասին

Այո՛, երկուշաբթի օրվանից Երևանի հանրակրթական դպրոցներում ուսումնական գործընթացը կսկսվի 08:15: Ես չեմ կարծում, որ սա որևէ մեծ ու էական փոփոխություն է կրթական պրոցեսի համար, բայց սա կարող է մեծ փոփոխություն բերել տրանսպորտային հոսքերի ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարման համար և առաջին հերթին թույլ կտա խցանումների մեջ չընկնել դպրոց գնացող մեր երեխաներին։ Այս մասին ասել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը՝ Գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ:

«Բոլորովին օգտակար չէ, երբ որ երեխան դպրոցի ճանապարհին տևական ժամանակ անցկացնում է մեքենայում, որովհետև նա հասնում է դպրոց ավելի հոգնած, ավելի մեծ խնդիրներ է ունենում կենտրոնանալու, ուշադրության և մյուս առումներով, և նաև երեխայի շահերից է բխում, որպեսզի նա ավելի արագ հասնի դպրոց։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ մեր բոլոր ծնողները, որոնք մտահոգ են իրենց երեխաների կրթության որակով, կկարողանան մի փոքր ջանք դնել և 15 րոպեի տարբերությունը, որը կարող է ճանապարհի վրա ծախսվող ժամանակի էական տարբերություն առաջացնել և իրենց համար էլ շատ ավելի դյուրին դարձնել հետո աշխատանքի գնալը, առանց լրացուցիչ լարվածությունների», - նշել է նա: 

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ այդ որոշումը վերաբերում է միայն Երևանի հանրակրթական դպրոցներին, իսկ մասնավոր դպրոցները իրենք են որոշում իրենց դպրոցի դասերի սկիզբը:

Անդրեասյանը անդրադարձել է նաև այն հարցին, թե ինչու են դպրոցներն ավելի շուտ սկսում դասապրոցեսը, քան համալսարանները: Նա մասնավորապես նշել է. «Բուհերում ունենք մարզերից եկող բավականին մեծ թվով ուսանողներ և բուհերում ուսումնական պրոցեսի սկիզբը ավելի ուշ է սահմանված, որպեսզի լրացուցիչ անհարմարություններ չառաջացնենք, այն ուսանողները, որոնք Երևանին մոտակա բնակավայրերից են գալիս, ունենան բավարար ժամանակ գալու և իրենց դասապրոցեսին նորմալ մասնակցելու համար», - ասել է նախարարը։ 

Նա նշել է, որ փոփոխության հիմքում խցանումներից խուսափելն է, որ մարդիկ միաժամանակ դուրս չգան տնից և ունենան հնարավորություն ավելի հարմարավետ պայմաններում հասնել իրենց ուսումնական հաստատություն կամ աշխատավայր։
