Ռուսաստանն աջակցում է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի համատեղ որոշմանը՝ լուծարելու Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ԵԱՀԿ) Մինսկի խումբը, որը զբաղվում էր Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ։ Այս մասին РБК-ին ասել է ԵԱՀԿ-ում Ռուսաստանի մշտական ​​ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշևիչը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ խումբը նախատեսվում է վերջնականապես լուծարել մինչև 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերը։
