Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 29–ին, Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ հիմնադրված «Մեր ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժման շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ ընթերցվեց Սամվել Կարապետյանի օգոստոսի 13–ի ուղերձը։

Ուղերձում ասվում է. «Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, շուտով հանրությանը կներկայացնենք մեր ձևով շարժումը։ Այս նախաձեռնությունը ձևավորվել է հստակ գաղափարների շուրջ և մեծ ծրագրեր ունի Հայաստանի համար։ Մեր նպատակներն են զարգացնել տնտեսությունը, ստեղծել իրական հնարավորություններ բիզնեսի և հարստացման համար, ամրապնդել ընտանեկան ու ազգային արժեքները, վերականգնել Հայաստանի վստահելի գործընկերոջ համբավը, ապահովել արցախցիների արժանապատիվ ապրելու իրավունքը, երիտասարդներին վերադարձնել ապագայի նկատմամբ հավատը, զարգացնելով կրթական համակարգը, պահպանել ու պաշտպանել մեր սուրբ եկեղեցին։

«Մեր ձևով» շարժումը դառնալու է այն հենքը, որի վրա կձևավորվի նոր քաղաքական ուժը, ուժ, որի կարիքը բոլորն են զգում այսօր։ Մեր ծրագրերը հաստատուն են, մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր ձևով»։
