Արամ Սարգսյանն ընտրել է նիկոլական «քաղաքական կցորդի», քավության նոխազի և քաղաքական սպասարկողի դերը. Արմեն Հովասափյան

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ընդհանրապես քաղաքականության մեջ լինելու պրակտիկան քաղաքական գործիչներին դարձնում է առավել հասուն ու հաշվենկատ, նրանց կողմից տիրաժավորված կոնտենտը պետք է տարբերվի, ասելիքը լինի կապակցված ու խորքային։ Սակայն միշտ չէ, որ քաղաքականության մեջ տևական ժամանակ եղածներն ունենում են այդ շնորհքը և հաճախ ուղղակի դառնում են նույն քաղաքականության համար պատուհաս։

Ասվածի դասական ներկայացուցիչ է Արամ Զավենիչը, ով իր ասած ցնդաբանությունների ձեռքը կրակն է ընկնում միայն նրա համար, որ սազն առած Նիկոլի արարքներ է գովաբանում ու ամեն ինչ անում՝ նրա կեղտերը մաքրելու համար։

Զավենիչը վերջերս հայտարարել էր, թե իբր «օգոստոսի 8-ի փաստաթուղթը բացառիկ հնարավորություն է տեխնոլոգիական և տնտեսական առաջընթացի համար, իսկ դրանից ճիշտ օգտվելը կուժեղացնի մեր դիմակայունակությունը և, ընդհանրապես, կբացառի պատերազմի հնարավորությունը»․ համաձայնեք, ասվածը ոչ միայն մերկապարանոց է հնչում, այլ նաև բացահայտ ցուցիչ է նրա քաղաքական դիրքավորման։ Ակնհայտ է, որ այստեղ ոչ թե առարկայական վերլուծություն կա, այլ հերթական փորձը՝ սիմվոլիկորեն արդարացնելու և փաթեթավորելու Նիկոլի ձեռամբ արված հերթական վտանգավոր զիջումը։

Ես չեմ լսել, որ նա որևէ գնահատական կամ հոդաբաշխ միտք արտաբերի Նիկոլի հակապետական և հակահայկական յոթնամյա գործունեության մասին։ Լռություն այն ամենի շուրջ, ինչի հետևանքով Հայաստանը կորցրեց Արցախի վերջին պատառը, տասնյակ հազարավոր մեր հայրենակիցներ դարձան գաղթականներ, իսկ երկրի անվտանգային համակարգը փլուզվեց։ Այդ լռությունը ինքնին խոսում է շատ ավելին, քան նրա բարձրաձայնած «տեխնոլոգիական առաջընթացի» մասին դատարկ խոսքերը։

Ասեմ ավելին, այսօր Զավենիչի հռետորաբանությունը ոչ մի բանով չի տարբերվում Նիկոլի քարոզչամեքենայի ստանդարտ բառապաշարից․ «պատմական հնարավորություն», «տնտեսական առաջընթաց», «խաղաղության դարաշրջան»։ Սա ոչ թե ինքնուրույն դիրքորոշում է, այլ իշխանական թելադրվածության ավտոմատ կրկնություն։

Ըստ էության՝ առանց երկմտանքի նա ընտրել է նիկոլական «քաղաքական կցորդի», քավության նոխազի և քաղաքական սպասարկողի դերը։ Այս գիծը հուշում է ոչ թե պետականամետ մտածողություն, այլ նեղ կուսակցական ու անձնական շահ, որտեղ իշխանությանը «սպասարկելը» դիտվում է որպես գոյության և քաղաքական դերակատարության միակ միջոց։

Այս պարագայում պարզ է դառնում՝ Արամ Սարգսյանի ցանկացած «վերլուծություն» կամ «նախագծային տեսլական» իրականում ոչ թե ինքնուրույն քաղաքական դիրքորոշում է, այլ նիկոլական օրակարգի հերթական արտաբերման ձև։ Եվ որքան էլ նա փորձի դա ներկայացնել որպես «պատմական հնարավորություն», իրականում դա նրա սեփական քաղաքական անբովանդակության և իշխանական կցորդի դերի հաստատումն է։
