«Թրամփի ճանապարհը»՝ հարված Հայաստանին ու Իրանին

Վաշինգտոնում կնքված թղթի կտորից հետո Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են բոլորին, այդ թվում՝ Իրանին համոզել, թե դա ուղղված չէ այլ պետությունների դեմ։ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ Fox News-ին հարցազրույց էր տվել, հայտարարել, թե «հռչակագիրը» հնարավորություն է նաև Իրանի համար։ Պաշտոնական Երևանը Թեհրան էր գործուղել փոխարտգործնախարարին, իսկ Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանի՝ Երևան այցի ընթացքում կրկնել իր միտքը, որ «Թրամփի ճանապարհը» որևէ մեկի դեմ չէ։

Իհարկե, այս հավաստիացումներն ամենևին էլ լուրջ չէին ընդունվել Փեզեշքիանի կողմից։
Նույն այդ Fox News-ը ծավալուն վերլուծական է հրապարակել, նշել, թե Թրամփը ռազմավարական հարված է հասցրել Իրանի կառավարությանը՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ համաձայնագիր կնքելով։ «TRIPP անունով հայտնի համաձայնագիրը, տնտեսական առումով, Վաշինգտոնին անմիջական վերահսկողություն է տրամադրում Կասպից ծովի ածխաջրածինների դեպի Եվրոպա հասցնելու հարցում։ ԱՄՆ-ն կկառավարի այս միջանցքով անցնող երկաթուղային և ավտոմոբիլային ենթակառուցվածքները, հեռահաղորդակցության ցանցերը և էներգետիկ խողովակաշարերը, ինչը ամերիկյան ընկերություններին գերիշխող դիրք կտա տարածաշրջանային նավթի, գազի և ապրանքների տարանցման ոլորտում։

Վերահսկելով այս տրանսպորտային զարկերակը՝ ԱՄՆ-ը ոչ միայն միլիարդավոր դոլարներ կստեղծի ապագայում առևտրի և ներդրումների ոլորտում, այլև Եվրոպային կտրամադրի մատակարարման այլընտրանքային ուղիներ, որոնք կնվազեցնեն կախվածությունը ինչպես Ռուսաստանից, այնպես էլ Իրանից։ Դաշնակիցների համար միջանցքը ապահովում է Կասպից ծովի էներգիային ավելի էժան և անվտանգ հասանելիություն։ Թեհրանի համար դա նշանակում է եկամուտների կորուստ, ազդեցության կորուստ, ինչպես նաև Արևելքի և Արևմուտքի միջև առևտրի անփոխարինելի միջնորդի դերում հանդես գալու իր կարողության ավարտ։ Համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի աջակցությամբ, և որոշ դիտորդներ այն արդեն անվանում են պատմական խաղաղության համաձայնագիր», - գրում է Fox News-ը։

Թուրքիայի իշխանությունն էլ չեն թաքցնում իրենց ուրախությունը։ Նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ուղերձ է հղել Կարս–Իգդիր–Արալիկ–Դիլուջու երկաթուղային գծի հիմնարկեքի կապակցությամբ։ «Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև երկաթուղային ցանցի ընդլայնումը չափազանց դրական ազդեցություն կունենա տարածաշրջանային առևտրի վրա։ Կարս–Իգդիր–Արալիկ–Դիլուջու երկաթուղային գիծը մեծ նշանակություն ունի ինչպես մեր երկրի, այնպես էլ մեր տարածաշրջանի համար», - հավելել է Էրդողանը։ Նկատենք՝ Իրանի մասին ոչ մի բառ։ Էրդողանը, իհարկե, կարող էր ավելի անկեղծ գտնվել, հայտնել, որ Հայաստանն էլ բնավ տեղ չունի այդ ճանապարհում։ Դա է վկայում երկաթգծի նոր նախագիծը, որ Թուրքիան մեկնարկել է։ Այդ նախագիծն ավելի էժան կլիներ, եթե անցներ Հայաստանի տարածքով՝ օգտագործելով արդեն առկա կամ վերանորոգման ենթակա ենթակառուցվածքները։ Դա նաև հնարավորություն կտար խոսելու Հայաստանի՝ միջազգային տարանցմանը ներգրավելու մասին, բայց այդ երկաթուղին մի Մեղրիով է անցնելու՝ ամերիկյան վերահսկողությամբ, և ո՛չ Հայաստանը, ո՛չ Իրանը դրանից որևէ օգուտ չեն ստանալու։
