Բաքվում հստակ գիտակցում են, որ վաղ թե ուշ Մոսկվան շատ լրջորեն իրենցով է զբաղվելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների ներկայիս լարվածությունը, որը հասել է աննախադեպ մակարդակի, արտացոլում է ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանային աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունների խորքային հետևանքները, այլև ավելի լայն, գլոբալ դինամիկան, որտեղ Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասում կրճատվում է։ Այս ֆոնին Ադրբեջանը ակտիվորեն դիվերսիֆիկացնում է իր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը՝ մերձենալով առաջին հերթին Թուրքիային, ապա Արևմուտքին ու նույնիսկ Ուկրաինային, ինչը Մոսկվայում ընկալվում է որպես ուղղակի սպառնալիք իր ավանդական գերիշխանությանը։

Այսօր առկա է լուրջ դիվանագիտական (առնվազն) ճգնաժամ, որտեղ երկու կողմերն էլ միմյանց մեղադրում են «հարաբերությունների ոչնչացման» մեջ։ Չնայած՝ այս ամենը նոր չի սկսվել, պարզապես հիմա առավել ակնհայտ դրսևորումներ է ստանում:

Ադրբեջանը, որպես նավթային հարուստ երկիր, իր էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներն արտահանելու նպատակով փորձում է ավելացնել իր մատակարարումները դեպի Եվրոպա՝ ԵՄ-ի հետ կնքելով գազային պայմանագրեր, որոնք մրցակցում են ռուսական մատակարարումներին։ Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն ակտիվորեն առաջ են մղում Միջին միջանցքի նախագիծը՝ Չինաստանը Եվրոպային կապող այնպիսի տարանցիկ ուղի, որը շրջանցում է Ռուսաստանի տարածքը։

Պարզ է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի կարող համակերպվել Հարավային Կովկասում եւ Միջին Ասիայում, որոնք իր համար կենսական նշանակության գոտիներ են, իրեն դուրս հանելու ձգտումների հետ։ Ուստի, պատահական չէ, որ լարվածությունը օգոստոսին հերթական անգամ սրվեց Ուկրաինայում Ադրբեջանի SOCAR ընկերության օբյեկտներին ռուսական հարվածների արդյունքում։ Ադրբեջանն այն որակեց որպես «մտադրված հարձա- կում» իր էներգետիկ անկախության վրա, Բաքվում անգամ հայտարարություններ հնչեցին, թե կարող են չեղյալ հայտարարել Ուկրաինային զենք մատակարարելու էմբարգոն։ Ալիևն էլ քննարկեց տեղի ունեցածը Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Զելենսկիի հետ, որը խոստացավ աջակցություն։ Այս ամենը Մոսկվայում ընկալվեց որպես «Ուկրաինայի կողմից կրակի վրա յուղ լցնել»։

Եվ բնական է, որ եթե հանկարծ ուկրաինական ճակատում հրադադար հաստատվի կամ Ռուսաստանը շունչ քաշելու հնարավորություն ստանա, ապա իր ջանքերն ուղղելու է նաեւ Հարավային Կովկասի ուղղությամբ։ Իսկ մեր տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի դիրքերի թուլացման համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ է ստեղծել տարածաշրջանային ուժերի բալանսի խախտումը, որի արդյունքում Հայաստանը պարտություն է կրել և գտնվում է թուրք-ադրբեջանական ճնշումների տակ։

Իսկ թուրքական ազդեցության ներթափանցումը Ռուսաստանը կարող է դադարեցնել միայն ու միայն Հայաստանի միջոցով։ Պատահական չէ, որ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում վայնասուն էր բարձրացվել շրջանառվող այնպիսի տեղեկությունների հետ կապված, թե իբր Ռուսաստանը մեծ քանակությամբ զինտեխնիկա է կուտակում Գյումրու ռազմաբազայում։ Թերեւս Բաքվում արդեն գիտակցում են, որ վաղ թե ուշ Մոսկվան շատ լրջորեն իրենցով է զբաղվելու։
