Ադրբեջանը Կենտրոնական Ասիայի համար դառնում է միջանցք դեպի Թուրքիա. ի՞նչ պետք է անի Հայաստանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ադրբեջանը, Թուրքմենստանը եւ Ուզբեկստանը նպատակադրվել են խորացնել եռակողմ համագործակցությունն առեւտրատնտեսական ոլորտում։ Այդ մասին պայմանավորվել են երեք երկրների ղեկավարները Թուրքմենբաշիում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում։ Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ստեղծել միջանցք, որը Չինաստանից ձգվելու է մինչեւ Մերձավոր Արեւելք եւ Եվրոպա՝ օգտագործելով երեք երկրների տարանցիկ ներուժը։ Նախագահները քննարկել են Բաքվի եւ Թուրքմենբաշիի նավահանգիստների հզորություններն ավելացնելու հնարավորությունները, այդ թվում՝ Կասպից ծովով լաստանավային փոխադրումների ավելացման հարցը։

Թեմային անդրադառնալով՝ «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը նախ հիշեցնում է, որ 2024 թվականին Թուրքմենստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը հասել է 400 միլիոն դոլարի. «Ադրբեջանը Կենտրոնական Ասիայի համար դառնում է միջանցք դեպի Թուրքիա։

Ադրբեջանը տասնամյակներ շարունակ միլիարդավոր դոլարներ է ներդրել սեփական լոգիստիկ հզորություններն ընդլայնելու վրա՝ կառուցելով գազանավթատարներ, ճանապարհներ, օդանավակայաններ, ընդլայնել է Բաքվի նավահանգստի տարանցիկ հնարավորությունները։ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է Չինաստանի, թյուրքախոս Կենտրոնական Ասիայի համար դառնալ տարանցիկ միջանցք՝ Միջին միջանցքը կապելով Թրամփի ուղու կամ դեֆակտո «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հետ՝ ստանալով թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ տնտեսական օգուտներ։ Բաքուն փորձում է նվազեցնել ադրբեջանական բյուջեի մեծ կախվածությունը նավթագազային հատվածից եւ մեծացնել ոչ նավթային հատվածն իր տնտեսության կառուցվածքում։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Արեւելք-Արեւմուտք միջանցք դառնալուն զուգահեռ՝ զարգացնում է կապերը նաեւ ՌԴ-ի ու Իրանի հետ՝ կառուցելով Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքը՝ ՌԴ- Ադրբեջան-Իրան երկաթգիծը»։

Հեղինակները նշում են, որ Հայաստանն իր հերթին պետք է զարգացնի Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքը ՌԴ-ի,Վրաստանի, Իրանի, Հնդկաստանի հետ՝ ներգրավելով այդ երկրներից ներդրումներ, ստեղծելով Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքի երկայնքով աշխատատեղեր, տնտեսական հզորություններ, տուրիստական լոգիստիկա, որպեսզի կարողանա դիմակայել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի աճող ազդեցությանը Հարավային Կովկասում։

«Թուրքիայի համար Ադրբեջանը պլացդարմ է դեպի թյուրքախոս աշխարհ կամ Մեծ Թուրան, իսկ Արեւմուտքի եւ Իսրայելի համար պլացդարմ է ընդդեմ Իրանի»,- գրում է ալիքն ու հավելում, որ, այսպիսով, Հարավային Կովկասում մեծ թափով ընթանում է լոգիստիկ միջանցքների մրցակցություն՝ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է դառնալ առաջատար երկիր իր էներգակիրները դեպի Արեւմուտք արտահանելով, իսկ Հայաստանը պետք է կարողանա ապրանքների հոսքեր ներգրավել Հյուսիս-Հարավ նախագծում եւ հզորացնել Սյունիքի թե՛ տնտեսական, թե՛ ռազմական ու դեմոգրաֆիական ներուժը՝ արցախցիներին բնակեցնելով Սյունիքում։
