Իսկապե՞ս Հայաստանում տուրիզմն «ապրում է իր լավագույն ժամանակները». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այսպիսի գրառում է արել. «Տուրիզմը Հայաստանում ապրում է իր լավագույն ժամանակները։ 2025 թվականի մայիս, հունիս, հուլիս ամիսներին Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն են այցելել այդ ամիսների համար պատմականորեն ռեկորդային թվով զբոսաշրջիկներ՝ մայիսին՝ 181 հա- զար 436, հունիսին՝ 215 հազար 253, հուլիսին՝ 263 հազար 592 այցելու»։

Զուտ թվեր մեջբերելու առումով սխալ բան չի գրել: Բայց այստեղ հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի անդրադառնում կիսամյակային կամ եռամսյակային ցուցանիշներին, այլ նշում է երեք ամսվա տվյալ, որոնք վիճակագրության առումով եռամսյակային չեն համարվում (եռամսյակային են հունվար- մարտ, ապրիլ-հունիս, հուլիս-սեպտեմբեր, հոկտեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ժամանակահատվածները): Բանն այն է, որ իրականում դրական ցուցանիշներ արձանագրվել են միայն իր նշած ամիսներին, իսկ ահա կիսամյակային տվյալներով լրիվ հակառակ պատկերն է: Տեսեք, 2024 թվականի հունվար-հունիսին, ըստ ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի, Հայաստան է այցելել 944162 մարդ, իսկ 2025 թ. հունվար-մայիսին՝ 907135, այսինքն՝ 37 հազար զբոսաշրջիկով կամ 4,1 տոկոսով պակաս: Եթե նույնիսկ ավելացնում ենք հուլիսի տվյալները, երբ իսկապես ավելի շատ զբոսաշրջիկ է այցելել, ապա դարձյալ ունենում ենք մոտ 13 հա- զարով բացասական «բալանս»՝ անցած տարվա հունիս-հուլիսի համեմատ: Ի դեպ, որպեսզի «աննախադեպության» հետ կապված վիճակն ավելի պարզ լինի, նշենք, որ 2023 թ. հունվար-հունիսին Հայաստան է այցելել ավելի քան 1 մլն զբոսաշրջիկ:

Կան նաեւ ավելի մտահոգիչ տվյալներ: Խոսքը Հայաստանից մեկնած զբոսաշրջիկների մասին է: Եթե 2024 թվականի հունվարհունիսին Հայաստանից մեկնել է 705105 զբոսաշրջիկ, ապա այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում՝ 748331, այսինքն, 43226 զբոսաշրջիկով կամ 6,1 տոկոսով ավելի, քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում: Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ հուլիս-օգոստոսին այդ քանակը անհամեմատ մեծ է լինում, ապա պատկերն առավել պարզ կդառնա:

Ի դեպ, անկարեւոր չէ նշել նաեւ, որ, ըստ ՄԱԿ-ի զբոսաշրջության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԶՀԿ) մեթոդաբանության, միջազգային զբոսաշրջիկ է համարվում ցանկացած անձ, որը հանգստանալու, բուժվելու, հարազատներին այցելե- լու, գործնական, կրոնական կամ այլ նպատակներով ճանապարհորդում է իր հիմնական բնակության վայրից մեկ այլ վայր ոչ պակաս քան 24 ժամ եւ ոչ ավելի, քան անընդմեջ 1 տարի ժամանակով: Այսինքն` նրա հիմնական նպատակը ճանապարհորդելն է, այլ ոչ թե աշխատանքային գործունեությամբ զբաղվելը, որի դեպքում ուղեւորության համար վճարումները կկատարվեին ժամանած վայրում աշխատանքային գործունեությունից ստացված ֆինանսական միջոցների հաշվին:
