Երկակի ստանդարտները վաղուց արդեն ոչ ոքի չեն զարմացնում

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը քննել և անփոփոխ է թողել կալանքի որոշումը «Սրբազան պայքար» շարժման առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի ու նրա կողմնակիցներից 14-ի համար։

Գործով 18 անձ է անցնում, որոնցից միայն մեկն է ավելի վաղ ազատ արձակվել՝ Հրայր Սարկավագը։ Իշխանությունների սրտի դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանը ևս մեկի կալանքը փոխարինեց տնայինով, մյուսի տնային կալանքը երկարաձգեց երեք ամսով:

Դատարանում իրականացվող ապօրինություններն արդեն վաղուց որևէ մեկին չեն զարմացնում, գործող իշխանություններն էլ ամեն ինչ անում են ընդդիմադիրներին կալանքի տակ պահելու, կամ էլ, երբ այլ տարբերակ չունեն, ծանր ռեժիմի տնային կալանք տալու։

Դատարաններն ավելի վաղ կալանք են կիրառել նաև գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի, Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանի, այլ ընդդիմադիր գործիչների դեպքում։ Դատական համակարգը չի էլ հերքում, որ կալանքը կիրառում են ոչ թե որպես խափանման միջոց, այլ պատիժ իշխանության ընդդիմախոսների համար։

Կալանքի որոշումներ նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք էլ էին կիրառում, «սորոսական» իրավապաշտպաններն էլ իրենց պատռում՝ քննադատելով իշխանություններին, Արևմուտքից էլ տարբեր զեկույցներով կամ հայտարարություններով Հայաստանը ոչ ժողովրդավարական էին հռչակում։ Փաշինյանի օրոք նույն այդ Արևմուտքը ծպտուն չի հանում քաղաքական հետապնդումների կապակցությամբ, դեսպանատներն էլ, ասես լեզուները կուլ են տվել։

Արևմուտքն այժմ ներում է Փաշինյանի բոլոր ապօրինությունները, քանի դեռ վերջինս խաղում է հակառուսական դաշտում։ Նույն այդ պատճառով ներելու են Ադրբեջանի նախագահի բռնաճնշումները իր սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ, քանի որ Ալիևը երբեմն-երբեմն հակառուսական խաղեր է տալիս։ Երկակի ստանդարտները վաղուց արդեն ոչ ոքի չեն զարմացնում։
