Թուրքիան անցել է պրակտիկ գործողությունների

Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Աբդուլքադիր Ուրալօղլուն՝ երկաթգծի հիմնարկեքի արարողության ժամանակ հայտարարել է, թե Կարս-Իգդիր-Արալըք-Դիլուջու երկաթուղային գծի կառուցմամբ Թուրքիան ձեռնարկում է Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի իրականացման ամենահստակ քայլերից մեկը, որը կարևոր է ոչ միայն Թուրքիայի, այլև ամբողջ Հարավային Կովկասի և Եվրասիայի համար։ Թուրք նախարարը համոզմունք է հայտնել, թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը կամրապնդի» տնտեսական համագործակցությունը Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև , ինչպես նաև կնպաստի տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության զարգացմանը։ «Բոլոր երկրների համար, հատկապես նրանց համար, ովքեր մասնաբաժին ունեն Միջին միջանցքում, սկսվում է միջազգային առևտրի ոսկեդարը», - հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարը։

224 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ երկաթգիծը, որը Թուրքիան կկապի Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ միացնելով Նախիջևանը Ադրբեջանի մյուս շրջանների հետ, նախատեսվում է շահագործման հանձնել 2029 թվականին: «Նոր ճանապարհը նախատեսված է 5.5 միլիոն ուղևորի և 15 միլիոն տոննա բեռի տեղափոխման համար։ Ճանապարհի երկայնքով նախատեսվում է կառուցել հինգ թունել, 10 կամուրջ, ինչը նաև հզոր խթան կդառնա Արևելյան Անատոլիայի տնտեսության համար», - հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ Անկարան Նախիջևանի սահման հասնող այդ 224 կիլոմետրանոց երկաթուղու համար ներգրավել է 2,4 միլիարդ եվրոյի արտաքին ֆինանսավորում։ Օրերս էլ Իլհամ Ալիևն էր հայտարարել, որ Հայաստանը պարտավորվել է իր տարածքում 43 կմ երկաթգիծ կառուցել։

Փաստացի, Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանն անցնում են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» յուրացման պրակտիկ գործողությունների, իսկ Հայաստանը իր հաշվին երկաթգիծ է կառուցելու թշնամիների համար։ Ի դեպ, Հայաստանի կառավարությունից արձագանքել են Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի` «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» վերաբերյալ հերթական հայտարարությանը։ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում կարող են գործել և իրականացվել միայն այնպիսի ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրեր, որոնք առաջարկված, ընդունված կամ հաստատված են ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից՝ «Հյուսիս–Հարավ», «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ», TRIPP ծրագրերը: «Նշված չափանիշին չհամապատասխանող որևէ անվանումով ենթակառուցվածք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում չի գործելու», - ասել է Խուդաթյանը՝ միաժանամանակ հավելելով, որ Երևանը «պատրաստ է և հետաքրքրված է» Թուրքիայի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տնտեսական համագործակցությամբ։
