Իսկապե՞ս ընտրությունները կլինեն հերթական. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է․

Նախօրեին քպականները հայտարարեցին, որ կուսակցական ժողով են արել ու «եկել եզրահանգման», որ արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալու անհրաժեշտություն չկա: Այսինքն, ընտրությունները կլինեն 2026 թվականի հունիսին:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իրականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լրջորեն հակված է անցկացնել արտահերթ ընտրություններ: Բանն այն է, որ նա հիանալի գիտակցում է, որ «խաղաղության» ու վաշինգտոնյան հանդիպման հետ կապված քարոզչական փուչիկը երկար կյանք չունի, չի կարողանալու մոտ ինն ամիս թեման «տաք պահել», մյուս կողմից՝ կա ճնշում Ալիևի կողմից՝ արագ անցկացնել ընտրություններ, որ խաղաղության վերջնական համաձայնագիր կնքելու համար համոզված լինի՝ կարո՞ղ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պահել իշխանությունը և սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնել: Սակայն, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, քպականների մեծ մասը դեմ է եղել: Չնայած որպես պաշտոնական վարկած նշվում է «ժողովուրդը 5 տարով է մանդատ տվել» և «արտահերթի հիմքեր չկան» ձևակերպումները, այդուամենայնիվ, քպականների գլխավոր մտահոգությունն այն է եղել, որ ամբողջական գումարման պատգամավոր չլինելով՝ էլի չեն կարողանա ապահովել բարձր կենսաթոշակի իրավունքը, ինչպես և 2021 թվականին: Ի վերջո, ակնհայտ է, որ նրանց առնվազն մեծ մասն այլևս պատգամավոր չի լինելու:

Սակայն, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, չնայած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համաձայնել է, որ հայտարարվի արտահերթի չգնալու մասին, այդուամենայնիվ, նա դեռևս վերջնական որոշում չունի: Չի բացառվում, որ նա կա՛մ իսկապես իր թիմակիցներին է հանգստացրել, կա՛մ էլ պարզապես վերոնշալ հայտարարությունները քաղաքական դաշտի ընդդիմադիր դաշտին հանգստացնելու դրդապատճառ ունենան, որպեսզի կարողանա անակնկալի բերել ու նոյեմբերին արտահերթ ընտրություններ նախաձեռնել:

Սակայն, ինչպես երևում է, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միշտ ու բոլոր հարցերում իր ասածների հակառակն է արել, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի հիմնական խաղացողները չեն էլ հավատում այս հայտարարություններին և պատրաստվում են ցանկացած զարգացման: Օրինակ՝ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանի խոսքով, եթե արտահերթ ընտրություններ լինեն, դրանք լինելու են ոչ թե ժողովրդի պահանջով, այլ արտաքին ճնշումների ու իշխանության ներսում հաշվարկված քաղաքական ծրագրերի արդյունքում։ Նա կոչ է անում հասարակությանը՝ չմնալ թմբիրի մեջ և պատրաստ լինել ցանկացած զարգացումների։ Մարուքյանի դիտարկմամբ, արտահերթ ընտրությունների դեպքում իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը կարող է ցուցակը ձևավորել վարչության մակարդակով՝ շրջանցելով համագումարի պարտադիր ընթացակարգը։ Սա վարչապետին հնարավորություն է տալիս անձամբ վերահսկել ապագա ցուցակը։
