Հրդեհից տուժած քաղաքացիների համար վարձով բնակարան են փնտրում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հոկտեմբերի 23–ին Արմավիրի մարզի Նորապատ գյուղի եռահարկ բնակելի շենքերից մեկն ամբողջությամբ այրվել էր: Շենքում 10 բնակարանի քաղաքացիներն ամբողջությամբ նաև գույքից էին զրկվել:

Արմավիրի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմից «Փաստ»–ին տեղեկացրեցին, որ հրդեհի հաջորդ օրն արտահերթ նիստ է հրավիրվել:

«Նիստի արդյունքում որոշվեց յուրաքանչյուր շնչին քաղաքապետարանի բյուջեից 60 հազար դրամ տրամադրել: Բացի այդ, բոլորին կեցավայրեր են առաջարկվել, որոնցից բնակիչների մի մասը հրաժարվել է: Նրանք իրենց հարազատների մոտ են բնակվում: Այժմ անշարժ գույքի մի քանի գործակալությունների հետ ենք համագործակցում: Նրանք վարձով բնակարաններ են գտնում, որի գումարը համապատասխան չափով վճարելու է կառավարությունը»,–հայտնեցին քաղաքապետարանից՝ ընդգծելով, որ այդ աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են:

Քաղաքապետարանից հայտնեցին, որ բացի գումարից, բնակիչներին նաև տաք հագուստ է տրամադրվել. «Որոշ կազմակերպություններ ևս աջակցում են: «Կարմիր խաչ»–ում ամեն օր սնունդ է տրամադրվում: Կազմակերպությունը նաև տաք հագուստ է տրամադրել: Այնպես որ՝ ոչ ոք դրսում չի մնում: Ովքեր ի վիճակի են, հաշվեհամար կա, որի միջոցով կարող են գումարներ փոխանցել: Աջակցությունը շարունակական է լինելու: Հարցերն ամենօրյա ուշադրության կենտրոնում են: Սպասենք, տեսնենք, թե կառավարությունն ինչ է որոշում»:

Հարցին, թե շենքը վերանորոգելու առումով որևէ որոշում կա՞, քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմից տեղեկացրեցին, որ այն համայնքի սեփականությունը չէ. «Մենք իրավունք չունենք ո՛չ վերանորոգել, ո՛չ էլ կառուցել այն, քանի որ այն մասնավոր անձի է պատկանում: Դա իր գործն է: Նախկինում այն գործարանի շենք է եղել: Մեր խնդիրը բնակչությանը կենսական պայմաններով ապահովելն է»:
