Ուշացած նախաձեռնություն արցախցիների կողմից

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Դանիելյանը Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր խմբակցությունների և տեղահանված արցախցիների անունից կոչ է արել ԵԱՀԿ բոլոր մասնակից պետություններին իրականացնել իրենց լիազորությունները, այդ թվում՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կիրառել վետոյի իրավունքը, Մինսկի խմբի լուծարումը կանխելու համար։

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի 150,000 հայերի՝ տղամարդկանց, կանանց և երեխաների անունից, որոնք բռնի տեղահանվել են իրենց նախնիների հայրենիքից, խոր տագնապով և մտահոգությամբ դիմում ենք Ձեզ՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից վերջերս ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մանդատը դադարեցնելու միակողմանի խնդրանքի կապակցությամբ։ Տասնամյակներ շարունակ Մինսկի խումբը եղել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող միակ հարթակը։ Այս մեխանիզմը լուծարել առանց այն ժողովրդի ընտրված ներկայացուցիչների հետ խորհրդակցելու, որոնց համար այն ստեղծվել է, նշանակում է անտեսել մեր ձայնը և մերժել մեր դերը գործընթացում»,– նշված է նամակում։

Նամակում ընդգծվում է, որ մինչև չստեղծվեն ամուր երաշխիքներ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տեղահանված հայ բնակչության անվտանգ և արժանապատիվ վերադարձը ապահովելու համար, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարել չի կարելի։

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները վաղուց պահանջում էին ՄԽ լուծարումը, իսկ հիմքերը դրվեցին Վաշինգտոնում նախաստորագրված համաձայնագրում, որից հետո երկու երկրների կառավարությունները դիմեցին ԵԱՀԿ-ին՝ առաջարկելով Մինսկի խումբը լուծարել։

Կարճ ասած՝ խմբի լուծարման շուրջ երկար քննարկումներ են եղել, և Արցախի ԱԺ-ի այս հայտարարությունը, թեպետ օբյեկտիվ է, ուշացած կարելի է համարել։ Իրականում այն միայն «սրտհովանք» է, որը հազիվ թե որևէ ազդեցություն ունենա։ Փոխարենը, Արցախի ԱԺ-ն և այլ կառույցները պետք է հասկանան, որ որքան լուռ են մնում և չեն պայքարում իրենց իրավունքների համար, այնքան Փաշինյանը շարունակելու է զիջել այդ իրավունքները, ապա էլ ծաղրելու է՝ «հեղափոխություն չարեցիք, ԼՂ էջը փակեցի»։
