Ծաղկալանջում մնացին երկուսը՝ ՀՀԿ–ականն ու անկուսակցականը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նոյեմբերի 5–ին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ համայնքի ղեկավար կընտրեն նաև Արմավիրի մարզի Ծաղկալանջ համայնքի բնակիչները: «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով այս համայնքում առաջադրված երեք թեկնածուներից մեկը՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Օնիկ Զաքարյանն այս պահի դրությամբ արդեն ինքնաբացարկի դիմում է ներկայացրել: Հետագա պայքարը կշարունակեն համայնքի ներկա ղեկավար, ՀՀԿ–ական Մանվել Մկրտչյանը և անկուսակցական, Մերձավանի կոնյակի գործարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Հայկարամ Պետրոսյանը:

Ի դեպ, բոլորն էլ ինքնաառաջադրված թեկնածուներ են և նույնիսկ ՀՀԿ–ական համայնքապետին հարազատ կուսակցությունը չի սատարելու: Չնայած այս ամենին, նախնական տվյալներով 1156 ընտրող ունեցող համայնքում բոլորն իրար ճանաչում են և թեև խուսափում են նախընտրած թեկնածուի անուն նշել, բայց իրենց հոգու խորքում արդեն գիտեն, թե ում են ընտրելու:

Համայնքի ղեկավարը հոկտեմբերի 10–ից արձակուրդում է և զբաղվում է իր քարոզարշավով, բայց թե ինչ նախընտրական ծրագրով է ներկայանում համայնքի անդամներին, Ծաղկալանջի մեր զրուցակիցը չգիտեր:

«Ես ծանոթ չեմ, թե Մանվել Մկրտչյանն այս անգամ ինչ ծրագրով է ներկայանալու ընտրողներին: Մեր գյուղում բոլորը միմյանց ճանաչում են, երկու թեկնածուներին էլ լավ գիտեն: Անցյալ ընտրությունների ժամանակ նորից նույն թեկնածուներն էին առաջադրված, բայց գործող համայնքապետը ձայների զգալի տարբերությամբ հաղթեց: Տեսնենք` այս անգամ ինչպես կլինի: Ընտրողն է որոշում, ում ձայնը տվեց, նա էլ կընտրվի»,– ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը, ով չցանկացավ, որ իր անունը հրապարակենք:

Ինչ վերաբերում է նախընտրական լարվածությանը, մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց, որ իրենց գյուղում երբեք լարվածություն չի լինում: Բոլորն էլ հասկանում են, որ ընտրությունից հետո էլ կյանք կա ու պետք է շարունակեն կրկին համերաշխ ապրել: Հարցին, որ եթե այդքան համերաշխ են, ինչու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչը ինքնաբացարկի դիմում ներկայացրեց, մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց.

«Ինչ իմանամ, երևի իր շանսերն այնքան էլ մեծ չեն եղել, այդ պատճառով էլ որոշել է դուրս գալ ընտրապայքարից»:
