Փաշինյանը տվեց նախընտրական քարոզչության մեկնարկը

ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր երեկվա խայտառակ ուղերձով, ըստ էության, տվեց նախընտրական քարոզչության մեկնարկը։ Նաև հընթացս ներկայացրեց, թե ինչ կարգախոսներով են մասնակցելու խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններին։ Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ գործող իշխանություններն ընտրություններին մասնակցելու են «Փաշինյան կամ պատերազմ» կարգախոսով, և երեկ հաստատվեց մեր տեղեկությունը։

2018-ին, գալով իշխանության, Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը, առարկայական ու բովանդակային որևէ բան չկարողանալով ներկայացնել հանրությանը, իրենց կառավարումը կառուցեցին հակադրությունների, պառակտման, թշնամություն սերմանելու վրա։ «Սևեր-սպիտակներ», «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դուալիստական հակադրությունները չարաշահվում են մինչ օրս, բայց այժմ Փաշինյանին նոր մարտավարություն է անհրաժեշտ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ներկայումս գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ ձևավորվող քաղաքական ուժին դժվար թե կարողանա «նախկիններ» պիտակը կպցնել, նաև այդ հակադրություններն այլևս չեն ազդում հանրային տրամադրությունների վրա։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը փորձելու է իրեն ու իր թիմին ներկայացնել որպես «խաղաղության» կողմնակիցներ, իսկ ցանկացած ընդդիմադիր ուժի՝ որպես «պատերազմի հրձիգներ»։ Այդ կերպ, ահաբեկելով հանրությանը, նա երկու խնդիր է լուծում։ Նախ՝ կատարում է Ադրբեջանի պատվերը, ապա և փորձում մոլորեցնել ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, թե իր թիմից բացի այլ ուժի ընտրելու դեպքում խաղաղություն չի լինելու։ Իրականում բոլորովին հակառակն է։ Հենց նման հռչակագրով, քաղաքականությամբ, ամեն բան հանձնելու անողնաշար պահվածքով Փաշինյանը մոտեցնում է նոր էսկալացիայի հնարավորությունը։

Ընդդիմությունը, նշենք, խնդիր ունի այդ պարզագույն տրամաբանությունը մանրամասն բացատրելու, հասկացնելու հանրությանը։ Մինչ իշխանությունն ակտիվորեն, իր բոլոր ռեսուրսներով պատրաստվում է ընտրություններին, խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը, կարծես, ոչնչով զբաղված չէ։
