60-ամյա հոբելյանը՝ բանտում. «Նիկոլի թվի Հայաստանի» առանձնահատկությունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ծննդյան տարեդարձն էր՝ 60-ամյա հոբելյանը: Նրան շնորհավորում էին Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսը, Հայաստանի երկրորդ ու երրորդ նախագահները, տարբեր քաղաքական ու հասարակական գործիչներ, արտերկրյա հայտնի անձինք, ազդեցիկ կառույցներ (մասնավորաբար՝ «Միջազգային էներգետիկ կորպորացիան»), հարազատները, ընկերները, բարեկամները, տասնյակ հազարավոր պարզապես հայ մարդիկ:

Վեհափառն ի մասնավորի նշել է. «Պատկառելի այս հոբելյանը դիմավորում եք, գտնվելով հանիրավի ազատազրկման մեջ, ի պաշտպանություն մեր Սուրբ Եկեղեցու դրսևորած Ձեր արիասիրտ կեցվածքի և խրոխտ ոգու համար։ Ցավոք, հնարավորություն չունենք Ձեզ այցելելու և անձնապես Մեր բարեմաղթանքները Ձեզ փոխանցելու: Սակայն մեր հոգևորականաց և հավատավոր ժողովրդի հետ միասին աղոթքներով Ձեզ հետ ենք։ Տարակույս չունենք, որ ամուր եք հոգով և աներեր՝ Ձեզ բնորոշ հաստատակամության և սկզբունքայնության մեջ»։

Իրավիճակն, ինչ խոսք, արտառոց է: Ու ոչ միայն այն առումով, որ խոշոր գործարարը, բարերարը, իր գործունեությամբ իր հայրենիքում հազարավոր աշխատատեղեր ստեղծած ու ապահոված գործիչը անհեթեթ ու ակնհայտորեն քաղաքական պատճառներով գտնվում է անազատության մեջ: Այս պարագայում երևի լիովին կիրառելի է այն դառը ասույթը, որ «ոչ մի բարի գործ անպատիժ չպիտի մնա»:

Մյուս կողմից՝ հաշվի առնելով Սամվել Կարապետյանին ներկայացված մեղադրանքների շինծու բնույթն ու անհիմն վիճակը, կար շատ աղոտ հույս, որ նա 60-ամյակի շեմին կալանքից կազատվի: Չնայա՜ծ... այս իշխանությունների պարագայում դա քիչ հավանական էր: Հարկավ, նկատի առնելով օրվա իշխանության ու հատկապես՝ այն գլխավորողի անթաքույց քինախնդրությունը, այլազան ու ակնհայտորեն բռնապետական բարդույթները, հազիվ թե կարելի էր ակնկալել, որ կլինի այլ բան, քան այն, ինչ եղավ. Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքի ժամկետը ևս 2 ամսով երկարաձգվեց: Հարցը միայն իրավական աբսուրդը չէ:

Հարցն ու խնդրի բովանդակությունն այն է, որ «Նիկոլի թվի Հայաստանում» դատարանները, մեծ հաշվով ու աննշան բացառություններով, վերածվել են գործադիր իշխանության պատժիչ կույր գործիքի: Իշխանությունները փաստացի նախընտրել են ուժային միջոցներով սահմանափակել այն կենտրոնները, որոնք կարող են հասարակության մեջ կրել այլընտրանքային ազդեցություն։

Բայց այս դեպքում կցանկանայինք մեկ այլ բան նշել, որ ժամանակին, հղում անելով փորձառու խցակիցներին, ընդգծել էր ժամանակակից քաղբանտարկյալներից ևս մեկը. «Կգա մի օր, կմնա մի օր»: Ու այդ օրը, կարծում ենք, այնքան էլ հեռու չէ:
