Ալյասկայի հանդիպումը Զելենսկու համար պատերшզմի ընթացքում ամենավտանգավոր պահն է. The Telegraph

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը որոշակի առումով արդեն հաղթել է, քանի որ նա վաղուց էր երազում ԱՄՆ նախագահի հետ անձնական հանդիպման մասին։ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ հանդիպումը Ռուսաստանի նախագահին տալիս է լեգիտիմություն և նպաստում է նրա ներքին հեղինակության բարձրացմանը. այս մասին գրում է  The Telegraph պարբերականը՝ Ալյասկայի հանդիպումը Զելենսկու համար պատերազմի ընթացքում ամենավտանգավոր պահն է վերտառությամբ հոդվածում:

«Խորհրդանշական հաղթանակ տանելով՝ Պուտինը հույս կունենա, որ Ալյասկայում ուրբաթ օրվա հանդիպումը շատ ավելին կբերի՝ իր կողմից Ուկրաինայի տարածքների բռնազավթման օրինականացում: Ուկրաինայի առաջնորդ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու համար սա, թերևս, պատերազմի ամենավտանգավոր պահն է՝ այն պահը, երբ իր երկրի ճակատագիրը կարող էր որոշվել այնպիսի հանդիպման ժամանակ, որին նա հրավիրված չէ... Զուգահեռներ  են արդեն տարվում 1945 թվականի Յալթայի հետ, երբ Ստալինը ստիպեց Չերչիլին և Ռուզվելտին վերաձևավորել Լեհաստանի սահմանները և այն հանձնել խորհրդային կառավարմանը, և 1938 թվականի Մյունխենի հետ, երբ Չեմբեռլենը Սուդետյան երկրամասը տվեց Հիտլերին՝ որոշումներ, որոնք կայացվել են առանց շահագրգիռ երկրների ներկայության», - նշել է հոդվածագիրը:

Դա կանխելու համար Զելենսկին լարված դիվանագիտական բանակցություններ է վարում եվրոպացի դաշնակիցների հետ, այն բանից հետո, երբ Թրամփի դեսպան Սթիվ Ուիթքոֆը վերադարձել է անցյալ շաբաթ Մոսկվայում կայացած հանդիպումից՝ հայտարարելով անսպասելի առաջընթացի մասին: Նա Թրամփին հայտնել է, որ Պուտինը պատրաստ է դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները՝ Ուկրաինայի արևելքում տարածքների հանձնման դիմաց։

«Այս հայտարարությունն այնքան ցնցող էր, որ Թրամփը հրաժարվեց Ռուսաստանի դեմ նոր պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու ծրագրերից և փոխարենը համաձայնվեց անցկացնել մեծ գագաթնաժողով», - նշել է հոդվածի հեղինակը։

Դիվանագետները, իրենց հերթին, կարծում են, որ Թրամփի վրա հաճախ ազդում է վերջին մարդը, որի հետ նա խոսում է: Ավելին, ռիսկը մեծանում է, երբ այդ մարդը Պուտինը է:

«Հարցն այն է, թե ով կլինի սենյակում, որը կօգնի Թրամփին բռնացնել Պուտինին, երբ վերջինս սկսի ստել։ Եվ ես վախենում եմ, որ պատասխանն է՝ ոչ ոք», - պարբերականի հետ զրույցում նշել է արևմտյան մի դիվանագետ։

Հոդվածի հեղինակը կանխատեսում է, որ Պուտինը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կշողոքորթի և կհամոզի Թրամփին։ Մասնավորապես, նա կարող է կրկին պնդել, որ Ուկրաինան ինքն է հրահրել ներխուժումը։ Բացի այդ, նա կարող է ԱՄՆ նախագահի բարեհաճությունը ստանալ՝ աջակցելով Գրենլանդիայի նկատմամբ նրա տարածքային ոտնձգությանը։

«Եթե նա հաջողության հասնի, գագաթնաժողովը կարող է ավարտվել նրանով, որ Թրամփը կրկնի Կրեմլի քարոզչական կետերը և աջակցի Ուկրաինայի բաժանմանը, ինչը կխորացնի Արևմտյան դաշինքի պառակտումը։ Այդ դեպքում Զելենսկին կկանգնի տհաճ ընտրության առաջ՝ ընդունել վատ գործարքը կամ մերժել այն և Վաշինգտոնի կողմից ագրեսոր պիտակավորվել՝ վտանգելով կորցնել ԱՄՆ-ի կենսական աջակցությունը», - եզրափակել է հոդվածագիրը:
