Օնլայնը շուտով կկոտրի փքված «բիզնեսի» հնացած միֆը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օնլայն գնումների մշակույթը արագանցիկ տեմպերով առաջ է սլանում: Այն զարգանալով հետևում է թողնում հիմա արդեն բավականին հնացած բրենդային խանութներ շոփինգի գնալու հին ու բարի «ավանդույթը»: Հայաստանում էլ վիրտուալ առևտուրը մեծ քայլերով է զարգանում: Այն և՛ շահավետ է, և՛ քիչ ժամանակ է խլում: Բացի այդ, սպառողն իր համար ցանկալի բրենդային ապրանքը կարողանում է մի քանի անգամ ավելի էժան գնով ձեռք բերել և միևնույն ժամանակ բավականին գումար խնայել:

Այս ֆոնին մայրաքաղաքի խանութներում մի քանի անգամ ավելի թանկ վաճառվող ապրանքները սկսել են ավելի դժվար վաճառվել: Մոլերում ու կենտրոնական փողոցների վրա տեղակայված հայտնի ապրանքանիշերի խանութները նույնպես դժվար օրեր են ապրում, քանի որ մի տեսակ նմանվել են թանգարանների:

Ի դեպ, մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնական փողոցներում գործող խանութների վարձակալության համար տնտեսվարողները բավականին մեծ գումար են վճարում: Որոշ դեպքերում այն ամսական հասնում է մինչև 5000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի: Եվ այս պայմաններում, բնական է, որ վաճառվող ապրանքը պետք է այնքան թանկ լինի, որ տնտեսվարողը կարողանա բոլոր ծախսերի տակից անկորուստ դուրս գա: Իրականի ու վիրտուալի պայքարում անշուշտ հաղթում է երկրորդ տարբերակը, իսկ հին առևտրականների «բիզնեսը» գնալով դժվարանում է:

Ժամանակն իրենն է թելադրում, բայց դատարկված տարածքների սեփականատերերը չեն էլ ցանկանում հարմարվել ժամանակակից տենդեցներին և խանութների վարձակալության գները վերանայեն: Փոխարենը գերադասում են այն դատարկ պահել, բայց վարձի չափը ոչ մի լումայով չիջեցնել: Եվ դա է պատճառը, որ Հայաստանում բիզնես–միջավայրը չի զարգանում ու նորմալ շրջանառություն չի ձևավորվում:

Մի քիչ էլ որ համբերենք, կտեսնենք, թե ինչպես են մեկը մյուսի հետևից փլվում երբեմնի հսկաներ համարվող «բրենդային» խանութների միֆը: Դրանք դեռևս կանգուն են միայն մեկ պատճառով, որ մարդիկ ու հարևաններն ասեն, թե դա Իրենց խանութն է: Մի քիչ էլ որ անցնի ու իսկական բիզնես միջավայր ձևավորվի, այս երբեմնի դատարկ, հին ու հոգնեցրած մոտեցումներն էլ կգնան պատմության գիրկը, հետևում թողնելով բազում անուններ ու զվարճալի պատմություններ:
