Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված հռչակագիրը, կյանքի կոչվելու դեպքում, շոշափելի օգուտներ է պարունակում նաև Իրանի և ՌԴ-ի համար. այս մասին ամերիկյան Fox News-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Քանի որ Իրանը հասանելիություն կստանա Պարսից ծոցից դեպի Սև ծով երկաթուղուն, նաև ՌԴ-ն և Իրանն իրար միջև երկաթուղային կապ ստեղծելու հնարավորություն կունենան: Եթե կենտրոնանանք այս համաձայնագրի տնտեսական կողմի վրա, ապա ոչ միայն Հայաստանը, Ադրբեջանը, ԱՄՆ-ն և Թուրքիան, այլև ՌԴ-ն ու Իրանը կստանան շատ կարևոր և իրականում շոշափելի օգուտներ: Սա իրականում աննախադեպ է, քանի որ այժմ Հարավային Կովկասից չկա երկաթուղի, որը կապի Իրանն ու ՌԴ-ն: Ուստի, կարծում եմ՝ սա շատ կարևոր համաձայնագիր է՝ բազմաթիվ օգուտներով բոլոր պետությունների և ամբողջ միջազգային հանրության, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կայունություն և անվտանգության  համար», - նշել է նա:

Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ այս համաձայնագիրը կարող է դառնալ համագործակցության և խաղաղության խաչմերուկ, ինչն էլ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների նպատակն է:

«Չենք ցանկանում սադրել, լարվածություն առաջացնել: Մեր նպատակն է ունենալ կայունություն, խաղաղություն և կայուն տնտեսական զարգացում, քաղաքական համագործակցություն: Եվ ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը այս ամենի համար շատ հարմար հարթակ է», - նշել է նա:

Նշենք, որ օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում տեղի է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ առաջնորդների եռակողմ հանդիպումը, որից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ Դոնալդ Թրամփի մասնակցությամբ, ստորագրել են համատեղ հռչակագիր: Հռչակագրի առանձին կետ նվիրված է տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների բացմանը և Ադրբեջանի հիմնական տարածքի և Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության միջև անխոչընդոտ հաղորդակցության ապահովմանը: Հայաստանի տարածքում կիրականացվի հատուկ նախագիծ՝ «Թրամփի ուղի՝ հանուն միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման», որը նախատեսում է ԱՄՆ աջակցություն այս երթուղու ապահովման գործում:
