Ադրբեջանում զարգացնում են հանքարդյունաբերությունը, Հայաստանում՝ տապալում լսումները

Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն օկուպացված Արցախի տարածքում երկրաֆիզիկական անոմալիաների վերլուծության և հանքանյութերի դրսևորումների գնահատման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում։ Փաստացի, Ադրբեջանը սկսել է ամբողջ թափով յուրացնել օկուպացված Արցախի տարածքը, հասկանալով, որ նավթի գների նվազմանը, ինչպես նաև հանածո վառելիքի ազդեցության պակասեցմանը զուգահեռ, աշխարհում շատ ավելի մեծ կարևորություն են ստանալու հանքահումքային պաշարները։ Ուստի և մեր հարևան թշնամական երկիրը ամբողջ թափով զարգացնում է հանքարդյունաբերությունը, մյուս կողմից էլ փորձում է Հայաստանին թուլացնել տնտեսապես՝ հարվածներ հասցնելով Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերությանը։

Բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ այդ հարցում Ադրբեջանին օգնում են որոշ վայ-բնապահպաններ, որոնք շահագործելով անկեղծ և ազնիվ մարդկանց մղումները, խաբում են շատ դեպքերում, կեղծ եզրակացություններ տրամադրում, ինչն էլ Ադրբեջանն օգտագործում է Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերական հսկաների դեմ, օրինակ՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի, փորձելով տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե ԶՊՄԿ-ն և այլ հանքարդյունաբերական կազմակերպություններ իբր վտանգում են շրջակա միջավայրը։

Հենց հայաստանյան այդպիսի կազմակերպությունների գեներացրած ապատեղեկատվության և կեղծ վտանգների ահազանգերի հիման վրա էլ Բաքուն պայքարում է հայկական հանքարդյունաբերության դեմ, իսկ դա, նշենք, Հայաստանի բյուջեի մի ահռելի հատվածն է, որի շնորհիվ են կառուցվում ճանապարհներ, գնվում զենքեր, վճարվում աշխատողների աշխատավարձերը և թոշակները։ Իրենց բնապահպան ներկայացնող անձանց մի խումբ էլ ամեն գնով փորձում է վնասել ցանկացած հանրային լսում՝ հայաստանյան որևէ հատվածում հանքերի արդյունահանման վերաբերյալ։ Հենց ամենաթարմ օրինակը երեկ Քարաբերդ գյուղում հանքի գործով հերթական հանրային լսումն էր, որտեղ գրեթե բանը հասել էր ծեծկռտուքի։ «Զով-գուժ» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը ներկայացնում էր Քարաբերդում ոսկի որոնելու իրենց մտադրությունը, իսկ Երևանից և այլ վայրերից Քարաբերդ ներկայացած «բնապահպանները», գոռգոռոցներով և աղմուկի միջոցով, փորձում էին տապալել հանրային լսումը։

Որպես բնապահպան ներկայացողների մեջ հիմնականում արտերկրից՝ այսպես կոչված «սորոսական» կառույցներից գումարներ ստացողներն են, ինչպես նաև այն անձինք, որոնք խնդիրներ են ունեցել, օրինակ՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ի կամ այլ հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերությունների հետ և այժմ էլ փորձում են իրենց վրեժը լուծել՝ վնասելով Հայաստանի տնտեսության ողնաշարը։

Մինչ ադրբեջանցիները նոր հանքերի հետախուզման վրա շեշտադրում են անում՝ ահռելի միջոցներ ծախսելով, Հայաստանում շարունակում են տապալել լսումները, կեղծ զեկույցներ ներկայացնել, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային կառույցներին, որտեղ չափազանց զգայուն են վերաբերվում շրջակա միջավայրի հետ կապված խնդիրներին։ Արդյունքում մարդիկ, որոնք բոլորովին իրական կապ չունեն բնապահպանության հետ, թե՛ ոլորտին են վնասում, և թե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Եվ արդյոք այդ «վայ-բնապահպանները» ֆինանսավորվո՞ւմ են Ադրբեջանի կողմից, քանզի միայն Բաքվին է ձեռնտու դրանց արածը։
