Կրակոցներ՝ Կոտայքի մարզում՝ «Չաղ Ռուստամ» մականվամբ քրեական հեղինակության տան մոտ գտնվող կամրջի տակ․ կա վիրավոր

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 14-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 04։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոտսիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևանի քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մաշտոցի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքով քաղաքացի է տեղափոխվել «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են Երևանի քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողները և ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Սամվել Խմելյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Գևորգ Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ, որտեղ բժիշկները հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։ 

Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորի կյանքի համար, քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նա հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Կոտայքի մարզի Պռոշյան բնակավայրից՝ Երևան-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհի «Չաղ Ռուստամ» մականունով քրեական հեղինակություն Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանի տան դիմաց գտնվող կամրջի մոտից, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է կրակված 5 պարկուճ։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության  գլխավոր վարչության Երևանի քրեական վարչության պետի տեղակալ Հարություն Դանիելյանը և քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության պետ Մամիկոն Հակոբյանը։ 

Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազ Էդուարդ Անդրեասյանը և դատախազի տեղակալ Գոռ Խանզադյանը։ 

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Վահագն Կարապետյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու, դասակի հրամանատար Սահակ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Նաիրի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մելքումյանի, Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնի պետ Հայկարամ Հակոբյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Տիգրան Բաղյանի և օրվա հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում «սպանության փորձ» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ վիրավորը Պռոշյան գյուղի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Մամիկոն Դ․-ն է, ով երբեք քրեական պատմությունների մեջ չի եղել, գյուղում համարվում է համեստ և առաքինի բնակիչ և շատերը զարմանում են, թե ում ձեռքն է գնացել, որ կրակոցներ արձակի նրա վրա։ Թե՛ նա, թե՛ իր ընտանիքը արդար քրտինքով հաց են վաստակել։
