Արհեստական բանականության կիրառումը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում բժիշկների հմտությունների վրա. հետազոտություն

Բժիշկները կորցնում են քաղցկեղն ինքնուրույն ախտորոշելու ունակությունը՝ իրենց պրակտիկայում արհեստական բանականության (ԱԲ) տեխնոլոգիաները մի քանի ամիս կիրառելուց հետո։ Այս եզրակացությանն են հանգել գիտնականները, որոնք ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները հրապարակել են բրիտանական The Lancet գիտական ամսագրում։

Ուսումնասիրությունը անցկացվել է 2021 թվականի վերջին և 2022 թվականի սկզբին Լեհաստանում՝ չորս էնդոսկոպիկ կենտրոններում, որտեղ արհեստական բանականության տեխնոլոգիաները կիրառվում են պոլիպները հայտնաբերելու համար։  Գիտնականները համեմատել են կոլոնոսկոպիայի տվյալների մշակման որակը երկու ժամանակահատվածում՝ արհեստական բանականության ներդրումից երեք ամիս առաջ և երեք ամիս անց։

Նրանք պարզել են, որ արհեստական բանականության ներդրումից ի վեր բժիշկների՝ տվյալների մշակման կարողության արդյունավետությունը նվազել է 6%-ով։

«Արհեստական բանականության շարունակական օգտագործումը կարող է հանգեցնել նրան, որ բժիշկների մոտ կնվազի ադենոմաներ հայտնաբերելու հավանականությունը սովորական կոլոնոսկոպիայի ժամանակ՝ առանց արհեստական բանականության օգնության դիմելու, ինչը վկայում է բժիշկների աշխատանքի վրա տեխնոլոգիայի հնարավոր բացասական ազդեցության մասին», - հետևում է գիտական հոդվածի տեքստից։

Bloomberg-ի տվյալներով՝ ուսումնասիրությանը մասնակցել են 19 փորձառու բժիշկներ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրն անցկացրել է առնվազն 2,000 հետազոտություն։

Արհեստական ​​բանականության վրա հույսը դնելով՝ բժիշկները կորցնում են մոտիվացիան, դառնում են պակաս կենտրոնացած և պատասխանատու անկախ որոշումներ կայացնելիս։ Բացի այդ, գիտնականները վախենում են, որ տեխնոլոգիայի զարգացմանը և դրա ներդրման մասշտաբների ընդլայնմանը զուգընթաց, բժիշկների մոտ հմտությունների կորստի գործընթացը կարագանա։

ԱՄՆ Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի տվյալներով՝ արհեստական ինտելեկտի լայն տարածումը կարող է հանգեցնել տարբեր մասնագիտությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնագիտական կարողությունների դեգրադացիայի։ 

Պնդվում է, որ արհեստական բանականության հաճախակի օգտագործումը կարող է մարդկանց մոտ ճանաչողական անկման պատճառ դառնալ՝ ի տարբերություն ավանդական օժանդակ գործիքների օգտագործման։ Տեխնոլոգիան փոխում է տեղեկատվության հետ աշխատելու հիմքը՝ նվազեցնելով մարդկանց կողմից այն պահպանելու և մշակելու սեփական կարողություններին ապավինելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
