Թրամփը փակել է արևային էներգետիկայի ծրագիրը

ԱՄՆ Շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանության գործակալության (EPA) 7 միլիարդ դոլար արժողությամբ ծրագիրը, որը մշակվել էր ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի կողմից՝ արևային էներգիայի հասանելիությունը ցածր եկամուտ ունեցողների համար ընդլայնելու նպատակով, դադարեցվել է։ Այս մասին հայտնել է EPA-ի ղեկավար Լի Զելդինը։ Նա նշել է, որ ծրագրի դադարեցումը թույլ կտա խնայել ԱՄՆ հարկատուների 7 միլիարդ դոլարը։ Զելդինը բացատրել է, որ ծրագիրը վերացնելու որոշումը կայացվել է պետական ծախսերի օպտիմալացմանն ու հարկային բեռի նվազեցմանն ուղղված մեծ օրինագծի շրջանակներում։

Բացի այդ, Bloomberg գործակալությունը հայտնում է, որ 2025 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում ամերիկյան ընկերությունները կրճատել կամ չեղարկել են մաքուր էներգետիկայի նախագծերում ավելի քան 22 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրումներ։ Դա տեղի է ունեցել այն բանից հետո, երբ Դոնալդ Թրամփը չեղարկել է Բայդենի վարչակազմի կողմից կանաչ էներգետիկայի խթանման համար ներդրված հարկային արտոնությունները։

Պատճառը, իրականում, բոլորովին այլ է։ ԱՄՆ նախագահը հայտարարել է շերտաքարային նավթի արդյունահանումը մի քանի անգամ ավելացնելու, ողջ աշխարհում նավթի արտադրություն իրականացնելու և համաշխարհային գները իջեցնելու, այդ կերպ աշխարհաքաղաքականության վրա ազդելու մտադրության մասին։ Ուստի արևային ծրագրի փակումը գեոքաղաքական քայլ է, նաև ուղղված Չինաստանի դեմ, որը առաջատար է արևային էներգիայի սարքավորումների արտադրության և վաճառքի ոլորտում։
