Սա գլոբալ ճգնաժամ է․ դադարեցրեք իշխանությունը քաղաքական հակառակորդների դեմ օգտագործելուց

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հերթական անգամ հայտնվել են միջազգային սկանդալի կենտրոնում՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և անձամբ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ հնարավոր լուրջ բախման վտանգով։

Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը արգելել է աշխարհահռչակ իրավաբան, մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային պաշտպան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամի մուտքը Հայաստան։ Ամստերդամը նախատեսում էր այցելել Երևան օգոստոսի 11-ին՝ մի շարք աղմկահարույց գործերի հետ կապված, որոնք, ըստ աղբյուրների, անհանգստացրել են Հարավային Կովկասում նոր ակտիվություն ցուցաբերող Վաշինգտոնին։

Այցի հիմնական նպատակն էր մոնիթորինգ իրականացնել մարդու իրավունքների և ժողովրդավարության վիճակի վերաբերյալ։ Ամստերդամը պատահական մարդ չէ ամերիկյան քաղաքական դաշտում․ նա Դոնալդ Թրամփի մերձավոր շրջապատի անդամ է, եղել է Միխայիլ Խոդորկովսկու փաստաբանը, և չի բացառվում, որ պատրաստ էր ստանձնել նաև բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպանությունը։

Իշխանությունների որոշումը, ըստ փորձագետների, պայմանավորված է հենց Կարապետյանի գործով․ վերջինս ձերբակալվել էր հունիսին՝ Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցուն աջակցելու և կառավարության քաղաքականությունը քննադատելուց հետո։ Դրան զուգահեռ՝ սկսվել էր «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության հնարավոր պետականացման գործընթացը, որի մեջ «Տաշիր» խումբը ներդրել է ավելի քան 600 մլն դոլար։ Նպատակային գործողությունների թիրախում է հայտնվել նաև «Երևանի կրկես»-ը, որի վերակառուցման համար Կարապետյանը ներդրել է շուրջ 18 մլն դոլար։

Հուլիսի 22-ին Ստոկհոլմի առևտրային պալատի արբիտրաժային ինստիտուտը Կարապետյանի օգտին վճիռ կայացրեց՝ արգելելով ՀԷՑ-ի բռնագրավումը։ Սակայն նրա դեմ քաղաքական և տնտեսական ճնշումները շարունակվում են, ինչը արդեն հասել է ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի օրակարգ։

Washington Reporter-ը գրում է, որ Փաշինյանի այցի ֆոնին Վաշինգտոնում բարձրացվել է հնարավոր քաղաքական հետապնդման հարցը։ Թրամփի վարչակազմին մոտ աղբյուրն ասել է․

«Վարչապետը Կարապետյանի դեմ կիրառում է Բայդենին բնորոշ մեթոդներ․ հետապնդում միայն կարծիք արտահայտելու և կրոնը պաշտպանելու համար»։

Կարապետյանի փաստաբան Ջոզեֆ Հ. Տիպոգրաֆը հավելել է, որ գործը հիմնված չէ որևէ ապացույցի վրա, և մեղադրանքները առաջադրվել են իշխանություններին քննադատությունից հետո։

Պարբերականը իշխանությունների գործողությունները համեմատել է ԱՄՆ-ում Թրամփի նկատմամբ կիրառված մեթոդների հետ․ սկզբում քաղաքական հետապնդում, հետո՝ ակտիվների խլում։

ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի մի շարք սենատորներ արդեն հարցականի տակ են դնում ԱՄՆ-Հայաստան հարաբերությունների ներկա մոդելը՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանը «սկսում է ավելի շատ նմանվել ԽՍՀՄ-ին, քան ազատ երկրին»։

Դոնալդ Թրամփի ազդեցիկ համախոհ, քաղաքական ակտիվիստ Լորա Լումերը իր հրապարակման մեջ ընդգծել է․

«Ջո Բայդենը ձախողվեց Թրամփի քաղաքական հետապնդման փորձում։ Բայց այսօր նույն մեթոդները կիրառվում են ամբողջ աշխարհում՝ Բրազիլիայում, Ռումինիայում, և հիմա՝ Հայաստանում։ Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը Վաշինգտոնում է, իսկ իր երկրում հետապնդում է քրիստոնեական արժեքներ պաշտպանող գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին։ Դադարեցրեք իշխանությունը որպես զենք օգտագործել։ Սա գլոբալ ճգնաժամ է և այն արագորեն թափ է հավաքում»։
