Փաշինյանի օրոք պետական պարտքն աճում է շեշտակի արագությամբ

Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը այս տարվա հունիսի 30-ի դրությամբ կազմել է 13 մլրդ 852 միլիոն դոլար։ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ արտաքին պարտքը 6 մլրդ 943 մլն դոլար է, ներքինը՝ 6 մլրդ 908 միլիոն դոլար։ Մեկամսյա կտրվածքով՝ ՀՀ պետական պարտքն ավելացել է 116 միլիոն դոլարով։ Ընդ որում, գնալով ավելանում է ներքին պարտքը։

2015 թ․-ին Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը գերազանցեց 5 միլիարդ դոլարը, իսկ 2016 թվականի վերջին մոտեցավ 6 միլիարդ դոլարին։ Դեռևս այն ժամանակ ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից քննադատում էր Հայաստանի այդ օրվա իշխանություններին՝ մեղադրելով պետական պարտքը բարձրացնելու մեջ՝ քարը քարին չթողնելով։ Իր պաշտոնավարումը սկսելով 2018 թվականին՝ Փաշինյանը 2019 թվականին որոշակիորեն նվազեցրել էր արտաքին պետական պարտքը։ Ինքն էլ հայտարարել էր, թե 2019 թվականի օգոստոսին՝ 2015-ից ի վեր, առաջին անգամ արձանագրվել է պետական արտաքին պարտքի նվազման միտում։ «Իհարկե, պետական պարտքի նվազումն ինքնանպատակ չէ, բայց սա արդյունք է այն բանի, որ հստակ խնդիր ենք դրել՝ պետական միջոցները ծախսել արդյունավետ»,- հայտարարել էր այդ պահին արդեն վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Փաշինյանը։

2019 թվականից հետո պետական պարտքը կրկնապատկվել է, մի բան էլ ավելի։ Փաստացի՝ Փաշինյանի խոսքերը որպես ելակետ ընդունելով, կարող ենք ասել, որ գործող իշխանությունները պարզապես պետական միջոցները ծախսում են անարդյունավետ։ Փոխարենը՝ անընդհատ ավելացնում են պետական պարտքը, որը ի վերջո լրջագույն հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վրա։ Փաշինյանին, որն իր սկզբունքները փոխում է թաշկինակի պես, այս հանգամանքն ամենևին էլ չի մտահոգում։ Նրա համար կարևորը այսրոպեական էֆեկտը և սոցիալական «ծանր» իրավիճակը փոքր-ինչ ու ժամանակավոր պարպելն է. հետևանքների վրա թքած ունի։
