Այժմ միլիարդավոր դոլարների մաքսատուրքեր կհոսեն ԱՄՆ. Թրամփը հայտնել է՝ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից լրացուցիչ ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերը մտել են ուժի մեջ

Եվրամիության և այլ առևտրային գործընկերների նկատմամբ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից լրացուցիչ ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերը մտել են ուժի մեջ։ «Կեսգիշեր է։ Այժմ միլիարդավոր դոլարների մաքսատուրքեր կհոսեն ԱՄՆ, հիմնականում այն երկրներից, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ շահագործել են ԱՄՆ-ին և ծիծաղել դրա վրա», - գրել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը Truth Social-ում հինգշաբթի՝ օգոստոսի 7-ի գիշերը։

Թրամփը նոր արտահանման լրացուցիչ վճարների վերաբերյալ հրամանագիր է հրապարակել անցյալ շաբաթ։ Ինչպես նշում է DPA-ն, Եվրահանձնաժողովը վերջնաժամկետը մեկնաբանել է այլ կերպ և ենթադրել, որ ԵՄ ապրանքների մեծ մասի վրա 15 տոկոսանոց մաքսատուրքերը ուժի մեջ կմտնեն մեկ օր անց՝ օգոստոսի 8-ին։ Գործակալությունը հավելում է, որ անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու նոր մաքսատուրքերի ներդրման ճշգրիտ ամսաթվի վերաբերյալ հաղորդագրություն չի տրվել։

Հուլիսի 27-ին Շոտլանդիայում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Թրամփը և Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենը համաձայնության են եկել առևտրային համաձայնագրի շուրջ: Թրամփի խոսքով՝ Վաշինգտոնը ԵՄ ապրանքների համար մաքսատուրքերը կպահպանի 15% մակարդակի վրա բոլոր ոլորտներում, բացառությամբ պողպատի և ալյումինի մատակարարումների, որտեղ դրույքաչափը կկազմի 50%:

Իր հերթին, ԵՄ-ն կասեցրել է նախապատրաստված հակազդեցությունների ներդրումը, որոնք ներառում էին 93 միլիարդ եվրոյի չափով լրացուցիչ վճարներ: Բացի այդ, ֆոն դեր Լեյենը ԵՄ-ի անունից խոստացել է ԱՄՆ տնտեսությունում լրացուցիչ ներդրումներ կատարել 600 միլիարդ դոլարի (510 միլիարդ եվրո) չափով:

Բրյուսելը նաև 750 միլիարդ դոլարի (638 միլիարդ եվրո) էներգակիրներ կգնի Միացյալ Նահանգներից՝ առևտրային գործարքի շրջանակներում: ԵՄ-ն նաև մտադիր է վերացնել Միացյալ Նահանգներից ավտոմեքենաների ներկրման մաքսատուրքերը:
