Ձեր կրծկալը կարող է վնասակար լինել ձեր առողջության համար. մասնագետը՝ 5 անսպասելի հետևանքների մասին

Յուրաքանչյուր երկրորդ կին բողոքում է իր կրծկալի անհարմարությունից՝ և լավ պատճառով։ Ինչպես ցույց են տվել ուսումնասիրությունները, կանանց մեծ մասը կրում է սխալ ընտրված մոդելներ, որոնք կարող են լրջորեն ազդել նրանց ֆիզիկական և նույնիսկ հուզական առողջության վրա։ Այս մասին ասել է Evelyn & Bobbie ապրանքանիշի հիմնադիր և գործադիր տնօրեն Բրի Մաքքինը New York Post-ին տված հարցազրույցում։

«Մեզանից շատերին երբեք չեն սովորեցրել, թե ինչպես ընտրել ճիշտ կրծկալը։ Մենք պարզապես հանդուրժում ենք անհարմարությունը՝ առանց մտածելու դրա պատճառած վնասի մասին», - ասում է Մաքքինը, որը հիմնադրել է ապրանքանիշը տարիներ շարունակ կեցվածքի և մեջքի ցավի հետ կապված խնդիրներից հետո, որոնք առաջացել էին երկաթով անհարմար մոդելներից։

Կնոջ կուրծքը միջինում կշռում է 0.5-ից մինչև 1.5 կգ։ Իսկ լիարժեք կուրծք ունեցողների համար այն կշռում է մինչև 3 կգ յուրաքանչյուր կողմից։ Սխալ հենարանը նշանակում է, որ այս ամբողջ զգալի բեռը ընկնում է պարանոցի և ուսերի վրա։

  1. Լիմֆային հոսքի խանգարում

Նեղ մոդելները, հատկապես լարերով, կարող են խանգարել լիմֆային նորմալ շրջանառությանը։ Սա հատկապես վտանգավոր է, քանի որ լիմֆատիկ համակարգը պատասխանատու է տոքսինների և անձեռնմխելիության հեռացման համար։

Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ այս մոդելը ճանաչվում է որպես «ոսկե ստանդարտ», բայց այն ամենամեծ վնասն է պատճառում։ Ոսկորները ճնշում են զգայուն հյուսվածքները, խաթարում լիմֆայի հոսքը և ստեղծում կիստաների ու սպիների առաջացման ռիսկ։ Ամբողջ լարվածությունն ընկնում է գոտիների և մեջքի վրա՝ առաջացնելով ցավ և ներքնազգեստը «հարմարեցնելու» մշտական ցանկություն։
