Այսօր խորհրդարանում մենք տեսնում ենք որոշ «կանանց», որոնց հիմնական քաղաքական ֆունկցիան ոչ թե օրենսդիր աշխատանքն է, այլ աղմուկը, պղտոր դաշտի պահպանումը, ուշադրության շեղումը․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Կռվարար իշխանական կանայք !
Այսօր խորհրդարանում մենք տեսնում ենք որոշ «կանանց», որոնց հիմնական քաղաքական ֆունկցիան ոչ թե օրենսդիր աշխատանքն է, այլ աղմուկը, պղտոր դաշտի պահպանումը, ուշադրության շեղումը։
 
Նրանք ներմուծվել են ԱԺ՝ ոչ թե որպես քաղաքական միավորներ, այլ որպես պրովոկացիայի սարքավորումներ՝ հարմար պահի գոռալու, վիրավորելու, խժդժելու, թեման այլ կողմ տանելու համար։ Այդ կանայք իշխանության լեզվով կոչվում են՝ «կոճակի վրա աշխատող թեժ գիծ»։
 
Նրանց բնորոշում են հետևյալ հատկանիշները.
1. Քաղաքական գաղափարի բացակայություն
Նրանցից ոչ մեկը որևէ կոմպետենտ օրենսդրական առաջարկով աչքի չի ընկել։ Նրանց նպատակը մեկն է՝ երբ վարչապետը կամ իշխանությունը թուլանում է քարով հարվածել ընդդիմությանը, և երբ վարչապետը անհարմար վիճակում է՝ աղմկել ու շեղել։
 
2.Ստեղծված կերպարներ, ոչ ինքնություն
Այդ կանայք չունեն քաղաքական ինքնություն։ Նրանք հանդես են գալիս որպես գերդոզավորված կերպարներ՝ հիստերիկ, անհավասարակշիռ, բայց կեղծ-համարձակ։ Նրանք ծրագրավորված են՝ անընդհատ վեճեր հրահրելու։ Սրա նպատակը մեկն է՝ ստեղծել տպավորություն, թե ընդդիմությունն է անհավասարակշիռ, և իրենք իբր պաշտպանում են օրենքը, պետությունը, բարոյականությունը։ Իրականում նրանք պաշտպանում են միայն կառավարական աթոռը ու դրա շուրջը կուտակված միլիարդները։
 
Ինչպե՞ս է օգտագործում նրանց քպ֊կան խունտան՞
Վարչախմբի պարագլուխը հասկանում է, որ ինքը շատ դեպքերում չի կարող բացահայտ թշնամական ելույթ ունենալ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կամ հասարակական խմբերի դեմ։ Դրա համար նա օգտագործում է այս կանանց՝
որպես հարձակվող պահակի ձայն, որը հետո ինքը կարող է մերժել կամ մեղմացնել,
որպես ռեակցիոն պատ, երբ հարկավոր է կլանել ընդդիմադիր վրդովմունքը,
որպես խղճուկ վահան, որին եթե հարձակում է լինում, հրապարակավ ողբում են, թե «կին են վիրավորում»։
Պարագլուխը գիտի՝ այս կանանց դեմ քննադատությունը կարելի է հեշտությամբ ներկայացնել որպես «կանանց իրավունքների ոտնահարում» կամ «հասարակության պահպանողական վերաբերմունքի հետևանք»։ Սա կեղծ ֆեմինիզմ է՝ իշխանական մանիպուլյացիայի գործիք։
 
Այսպես կոչված կանայք խորհրդարանում այսօր իրականում ներկայացնում են ոչ թե սեռը, ոչ էլ քաղաքական դիրքորոշում, այլ իշխանության հոգեկան ճգնաժամը, սադրանքի մեխանիկան և համակարգի խեղճությունը։ Նրանք կան ոչ թե որ կարողանան խոսել, այլ որ մենք դադարենք լսել։ Նրանք աղմկում են, որ մենք լռենք։ Բայց մենք լռելու իրավունք չունենք։ Քպ֊կան խունտան պետք է կազմաքանդվի եվ դատվի։
