Խցանումները նյարդայնացրել են նաև կառավարությանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երկար ամիսներ է, որ խցանումների պատճառով, աշխատանքի գալիս կամ տուն վերադառնալիս մարդիկ ժամերով մնում են փողոցներում և չեն կարողանում ժամանակին տեղ հասնել: Այս խնդրին անդրադարձել է նաև մամուլը, բայց մինչ օրս հարցն այդպես էլ չի լուծվել: Ինչ–որ մեկի պայծառ մտքով անցավ Հանրապետության հրապարակի լուսաֆորներն անջատել, բայց խնդիրը փոքր–ինչ մեղմվելու փոխարեն ավելի խորացավ, մեծացավ ու հասավ կառավարություն: Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարեց քայլեր ձեռնարկել նվազեցնելու Երևանում աշխատանքային օրերին առաջացող խցանումները:

« Աշխատանքային օրերին Երևան քաղաքում առկա են խցանումներ, երթևեկության կազմակերպման խնդիրներ, որոնց պատճառները բազմազան են և պահանջում են լուծումներ»,– ասել է վարչապետը:

Տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարին, Քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահին, Ոստիկանության պետին հանձնարարեց և Երևանի քաղաքապետին առաջարկեց 2–ամսյա ժամկետում ուսումնասիրել Երևանում խցանումների նվազեցման հնարավորությունները, այլընտրանքային երթուղիների կառուցման հարցերը և կառավարության աշխատակազմին առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել:

Այն, որ վերջապես կառավարության ղեկավարին է հասել, որ մայրաքաղաքում երթևեկության վիճակը ծայրաստիճան վատ է, որ վարորդներն ու ուղևորները խցանումներից չեն կարողանում աչք բացել, լավ է, բայց որ հարցը մոտ ապագայում կլուծվի՝ մի տեսակ երազանքի է նման:

Կարելի է միայն ենթադրել, որ այդ խցանումները վերջապես կառավարության նյարդերի վրա էլ են ազդել, այդ պատճառով է հարցը մտել օրակարգ, իսկ պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք ինչ հրաշք կկատարվի մայրաքաղաքը սպասարկող երթուղայինների ոլորտում, եթե հանկարծ մի օր մեր հարգարժան վարչապետը որոշի աշխատանքի գալ ոչ թե ծառայողական մեքենայով, այլ՝ երթուղային տաքսիով: Այ դա արդեն ոչ թե կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ թեթև հանձնարարականի տեսքով կարտահայտվի, այլ՝ ծանր քննարկման թեմայի կվերածվի, ինչի մասին վաղուց երազում են բոլորը:
