Սյունիքում ՀՀ նախագահը հայտարարում է, թե երկրում «լիքը փող կա»․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Սյունիքում ՀՀ նախագահը հայտարարում է, թե երկրում «լիքը փող կա»։
 
Մի պահ թողնենք այն փաստը, որ նախագահը վերջին տարիներին վերածվել է լուռ ֆիգուրի, որը երբեմն խոսում է միայն իշխանության պատվերով։ Բայց եթե արդեն խոսել է, եկե՛ք պարզենք՝ ինչ է ասում։
 
Նա ասում է՝ փող կա։
 
Բայց եկե՛ք տեսնենք՝ իրականությունն ինչ է ասում։
 
2024-ի մարտին Հայաստանը բառացիորեն մի քայլի վրա էր դեֆոլտից։ Միայն արտաքին օգնության, պարտքերի վերաբաշխման ու ֆինանսական մանիպուլյացիաների հաշվին մենք «խուսափեցինք» տնտեսական փլուզումից։
 
2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեն ընդունվել է 600 միլիարդ դրամ պակասուրդով։ Այսինքն՝ կառավարությունը պաշտոնապես հայտարարում է, որ փող չունի՝ նույնիսկ իր պլանավորած ծախսերն ամբողջությամբ փակելու համար։
 
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում արտադրական արտահանումը կրճատվել է, իսկ արտաքին պարտքը աճել է։
 
Տնտեսությունը «թղթի վրա» մեծանում է, բայց աշխատող մարդը դրանից աղքատանում է։
 
Ու հիմա այս խեղճ ժողովրդին ասում են՝ «լիքը փող կա»։
 
Եթե լիքը փող կա, ապա մի քանի ուղիղ հարց՝
▪️ Ինչո՞ւ թոշակները չեք բարձրացնում։
▪️ Ինչո՞ւ ուսուցիչը շարունակում է ապրել 160 հազար դրամով։
▪️ Ինչո՞ւ Սյունիքի ու Տավուշի գյուղերում գազ, ջուր, ճանապարհ չկա։
▪️ Ինչո՞ւ են աճում պետական բոլոր վճարումները եվ տրանսպորտի ուղետոմսի գինը։
 
Ոչինչ չեք անում, բայց եկել Սյունիքում «փողերի» մասին եք խոսում։
 
Պարզ պատճառն այն է, որ այս խոստումներն արվում են մի նպատակով՝
Ադրբեջանի միջանցքը լեգիտիմ դարձնել։
Եվ ահա ամենավտանգավոր կետը՝
Ադրբեջանը այդ միջանցքի համար նույնիսկ մեկ դոլար չի վճարելու։
Նրանց համար սա կլինի անվճար, առանց հսկողության և առանց սահմանային վերահսկողության ճանապարհ՝ դեպի Նախիջևան։ 
 
Հայաստանը կտա իր տարածքը՝ իսկ ի պատասխան կլսի՝ «լիքը փող կա»։
Սա խաբեություն է։ Սա ազգային շահերի հաշվին կառուցվող մոլորեցնող քարոզչություն է։
Նրանք ասում են «փող կա», բայց այդ փողը կա միայն պալատների, պաշտոնյաների և դավադիր գործարքների համար։
 
Ժողովրդի համար ոչ մի բարեկեցություն չկա, քանի դեռ այս սուտը մերկացված չէ։
