«Լաստ Պանրատուն» իրացման կետում հայտնաբերվել է գրեթե 200 կգ-ից ավելի վտանգավոր կաթնամթերք. ՍԱՏՄ

Քաղաքացու ահազանգի հիման վրա՝ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի տեսուչները ստուգում են իրականացրել «Լաստ Առ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող «Լաստ Պանրատուն» իրացման կետում (Երևան, Խորենացի 100, ԳՈՒՄ-ի շուկայի հարակից տարածք)։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՍԱՏՄ-ից:

Ստուգման արդյունքում բացահայտվել են սանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերի կոպիտ  խախտումներ՝

  • սննդի կառույցի կաթնամթերքի պահեստային հատվածի հատակը, պատերը, դռները, առաստաղը չեն ունեցել հարթ մակերես և չեն պահվել մաքուր, նորոգ և պատշաճ վիճակում,
  • սննդամթերքի պահման համար նախատեսված դարակաշարերը և պանիրների պահման տարաները կառուցված չեն եղել հիգիենայի պահանջները բավարարող նյութերից,
  • պանիրները չեն պահվել մանրէների բազմացումը բացառող ջերմաստիճանում,
  • պանիրները, ձուն, կաթնաշոռը, հալած յուղը, կաթի սերը կարագը չեն ունեցել անվտանգությունը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ, չեն պահվել համապատասխան պահման պայմաններում, դրված են եղել անմիջապես հատակին,
  • իրացվող սննդամթերքի (ոչխարի պանիր՝ 15 կգ, չանախ տեսակի պանիր՝ 140 կգ, լոռի պանիր՝ 75 կգ, չեչիլ պանիր՝ 14 կգ, ուրցով պանիր՝ 10 կգ, հալած յուղ՝ 19 հատ 400 գր, կաթի սեր՝ 8 հատ 300 գր, չամիչով կաթնաշոռ՝ 6 հատ 400 գր, կարագ՝ 5 կգ) փաթեթավորման կամ տարայի վրա բացակայել են պիտանիության ժամկետի վերաբերյալ նշումները,
  • չեն ձեռնարկվել համապատասխան միջոցներ կենդանիների մուտքը սննդամթերքի պահման  և տեղափոխման տարածքներ կանխելու, ինչպես նաև վնասատուների դեմ պայքարելու ուղղությամբ,
  • անձնակազմը չի ենթարկվել բժշկակական զննության և  չի ունեցել սանիտարական գրքույկներ, չի ունեցել հանդերձարան:

Տեսուչների կողմից տրվել է հայտնաբերված սանիտարահիգիենիկ անհամապատասխանությունները վերացնելու հանձնարարական, սահմանվել է ժամկետ:

Տրվել է նաև արտադրանքի իրացումը արգելելու, շուկայից հետ կանչելու, ոչնչացնելու կամ օգտահանելու մասին կարգադրագիր։ Նշված ապրանքների ոչնչացման համար կկազմվի համապատասխան միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով:

Հաշվի առնելով վերը նշված անհամապատասխանությունները՝ առանց պիտանիության ժամկետի, առանց անվտանգությունը հավաստող փաստաթղթերի, առանց մակնշման կաթնամթերքների իրացնելու հանգամանքը, հիմք ընդունելով տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտի գրավոր հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե որ արտադրություններից է ձեռք բերում վաճառվող սննդամթերքը, հետագծելիություն ապահովելու նպատակով՝ ստուգում կիրականացվի նաև վերոնշյալ կաթնամթերքներն արտադրող կազմակերպություններում:
