«Կարո՞ղ է մեր գիտակցությունը դեռ չի ֆիքսել, որ մենք մի իրադրության մեջ ենք մեր վերջին 500 տարվա պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ, երբ մեր հայրենիքը և պետությունը նույնն են, կարո՞ղ է՝ իներցիայով շարունակում ենք սիրել հայրենիքը, ատել պետությունը, կարո՞ղ է՝ շարունակում ենք հայրենիքը ընկալել որպես պետությունից փախչելու տեղ․ ինձ սա շատ տրամաբանական է թվում»,- «Կրթվելը նորաձև է» շարժման շրջանակներում հերթական հանդիպման ժամանակ ելույթ ունենալով՝ նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Այն ցույց տալու համար ես իմ հանդիպումներում բերում եմ պայմանական ռեֆլեքսի ձեռքբերման ամենապրիմիտիվ օրինակը՝ եթե որևէ դռնից ներս ենք մտնում, մեր գլխին հարված ենք ստանում, եթե երկրորդ անգամ է կրկնվում, երրորդ, վեցերորդ, անկախ նրանից՝ հարվածը կամ սպառնալիքը կա՞, պայմանական ռեֆլեքս ենք ձեռք բերում։ 500 տարի՝ ամեն Աստծո օր, մենք ատել ենք էն պետությունը, որում ապրել ենք, հնարավո՞ր էր դա 30 տարում դուրս գար՝ էն պայմաններում, երբ մենք մեր պրոբլեմին չենք առերեսվել։ Վերջերս սեփական օրինակով հասկացա, որ դա հնարավոր չէ»,- ասաց նա։

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ ՀՀ բանակից այսօր փախչում են նույն տեմպով, ինչ տեմպով փախել են պարսկական բանակից։ Նա նշեց՝ այսօր ՀՀ-ում 13 500 հետախուզվող կա, որից մոտ 12 500-ը հետախուզվում է ժամկետային զինծառայությունից խուսափելու համար։

«Պատճառներն այսօրվա վերլուծության թեմա չեն, ես ասում եմ՝ մենք այսօր մեր հայ բանակից փախչում ենք այնքան, ինչքան պարսկականից։ Պարեկային ոստիկանությունը որ մարզ մտնում էր, բոլոր մարզպետները զանգում էին հետևյալ խնդրով՝ «գյուղ տեղ ա, ավտոների վրա համար-բան չեն դնում, վարորդական իրավունք չունեն, կլինի՞, որ ավտոները ԱՊՊԱ չունենան», ես ասում էի՝ էս ինչ ֆենոմեն է․ շատ պարզ բան՝ գյուղը մարդու համար հայրենիք է, պետություն չի։ Այ, որ Երևան գնալիս կլինեն, ավտոները կլվանան, ԱՊՊԱ-ն կլինի, համարը կլինի, բայց երբ պարեկային ծառայությունը գալիս է, մարդու ռեակցիան էն է, որ թուրքերը եկան, պետք է մի կերպ բդեշխին խնդրել․ որ սուլթանին զանգի»,- ասաց նա։

Վարչապետը նշեց՝ իշխանություններին որ չեն սիրում, կամ ասում են «թուրք», կամ «ռուս»։

«Իշխանությունը պետության հատկանիշ է, և եթե իշխանություն ես, չես կարող հայ լինել՝ կամ թուրք ես, կամ ռուս, էս է մեր պրոբլեմը։ Ես ասում եմ՝ ոչ, հայն է այլևս իշխանություն, ՀՀ քաղաքացին, որովհետև սա երկիր է, սա պետություն է»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
