Ավստրալիան և Մեծ Բրիտանիան միջուկային սուզանավի վերաբերյալ 50 տարվա պայմանագիր են կնքել

Ավստրալիայի կառավարությունը շաբաթ օրը հայտարարել է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ 50 տարի ժամկետով ստորագրել է AUKUS համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու համաձայնագիր՝ ատոմային սուզանավերի ոլորտում, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։

AUKUS համաձայնագիրը, որը համաձայնեցվել է Ավստրալիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից 2021 թվականին, նպատակ ունի Ավստրալիային հաջորդ տասնամյակում ատոմային հարվածային սուզանավեր տրամադրել՝ Հնդկա-Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանում Չինաստանի հավակնություններին հակազդելու համար։ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմն այս տարի հայտարարել է պակտի պաշտոնական վերանայման մասին։

Ավստրալիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Ռիչարդ Մարլսն իր հայտարարության մեջ ասել է, որ երկկողմ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Ջոն Հիլիի հետ շաբաթ օրը՝ Ավստրալիայի Վիկտորիա նահանգի Ջիլոնգ քաղաքում կայացած հանդիպումից հետո։ «Ջիլոնգի պայմանագիրը կապահովի համապարփակ համագործակցություն SSN-AUKUS սուզանավերի նախագծման, կառուցման, շահագործման, սպասարկման և օգտահործումից հանելու հարցում», - ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։

Ընդգծվում է, որ այս պայմանագիրը «Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Ավստրալիայի երկկողմ պաշտպանական համագործակցության 50 տարվա պարտավորություն է՝ AUKUS-ի առաջին բաղադրիչի շրջանակներում» և հիմնված է AUKUS եռակողմ համագործակցության «ամուր հիմքի» վրա։

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պաշտպանության նախարարությունն այս շաբաթ հայտարարել է, որ երկկողմ պայմանագիրը կաջակցի երկու դաշնակիցների սուզանավային ծրագրերին և ակնկալվում է, որ առաջիկա 25 տարում Բրիտանիային կարող է ապահովել մինչև 20 միլիարդ ֆունտ ստերլինգի (27,1 միլիարդ դոլար) արտահանում։

AUKUS-ը Ավստրալիայի պատմության մեջ պաշտպանական ամենամեծ նախագիծն է և Կանբերրան մտադիր է երեք տասնամյակի ընթացքում այս ծրագրի վրա ծախսել 368 միլիարդ դոլար, որը ներառում է միլիարդավոր ներդրումներ ԱՄՆ-ի արտադրական բազայում։ Ավստրալիան, որն այս ամիս ԱՄՆ-ին 800 միլիոն դոլար է վճարել AUKUS ծրագրի երկրորդ մասի շրջանակներում, վստահություն է հայտնել, որ համաձայնագիրը կշարունակվի։
