Գերմանիայում փորձարկվում է քրոնիկ B հեպատիտի դեմ առաջին պատվաստանյութը. TUM

Գերմանիայում սկսվել են քրոնիկ B հեպատիտի բուժման TherVacB պատվաստանյութի առաջին կլինիկական փորձարկումները: Առաջին հիվանդը դեղամիջոցի ներարկում է ստացել 2025 թվականի հունիսին, հայտնել է Մյունխենի տեխնիկական համալսարանը (TUM):

Նշվում է, որ առողջ կամավորների վրա ավելի վաղ կատարված փորձարկումների ժամանակ պատվաստանյութը լավ հանդուրժողականություն է ցուցաբերել և առաջացրել է անհրաժեշտ իմունային պատասխան:

Քրոնիկ B հեպատիտն աշխարհում ազդում է մոտ 254 միլիոն մարդու վրա, ինչը մեծացնում է ցիռոզի և լյարդի քաղցկեղի առաջացման ռիսկը: Գոյություն ունեցող դեղամիջոցները ճնշում են վիրուսը և պահանջում են ցմահ օգտագործում, և դեռևս համընդհանուր դեղամիջոց չկա: ԱՀԿ-ի (Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպություն) տվյալներով՝ այս վարակը տարեկան սպանում է 1.1 միլիոն մարդու:

TherVacB-ն օգտագործում է prime-boost ռազմավարություն՝ համակցված պատվաստման ռազմավարություն, որի դեպքում իրականացվում են երկու կամ ավելի իմունիզացիաներ: Առաջին փուլում օրգանիզմ են ներմուծվում վիրուսային սպիտակուցներ՝ սա անհրաժեշտ է իմունային համակարգը պատրաստելու համար: Դրանից հետո անձը ստանում է փոփոխված վիրուսային վեկտորի ներարկում, որը ուժեղացնում է բջջային պատասխանը:

Այս մոտեցումը ակտիվացնում է ինչպես հակամարմինների արտադրությունը, այնպես էլ T-բջիջների գործառույթը, և պատվաստանյութը ծածկում է վիրուսի հայտնի շտամների ավելի քան 95%-ը, ասում են գիտնականները: Եթե փորձարկումները հաջող լինեն, TherVacB-ն կարող է լինել առաջին թերապիան, որը կակտիվացնի օրգանիզմի վիրուսը վերացնելու բնական մեխանիզմը և կփոխի B հեպատիտի բուժման գլոբալ մոտեցումը:
