Ով գումար է տալիս, հերթը առաջ է ընկնում․ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է ռուս-վրացական սահմանին

Ռուս-վրացական սահմանին գտնվող «Վերին Լարս» անցակետի մոտ ավելի քան 1300 հայկական բեռնատար կա կուտակված։

Ըստ վերջին տվյալների` անցակետը հատելու համար 3612 տրանսպորտային միջոց է հերթագրված, որոնցից 1350-ը հայկական են։

MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում խնդրին բախված քաղաքացին պատմում է, որ այս պահին շատ վատ իրավիճակ է։ 

«Ոչ մի բան չեն ասում, ուղղակի ասում են՝ «կանգեք»։ Մեզ ոնց ասում են տենց պետք է անենք։ Էն ժամանակ թե գրվում էր՝ հերթում քանի հոգի է սպասում, հիմա էդ էլ չկա։ Փող պիտի տանք, որ կարանանք քշենք, փող էլ չկա»։

Մեր զրուցակիցը պնդում է, որ այս ամենն արվում է գումարի համար։ Ով գումար է տալիս, հերթը առաջ է ընկնում, ով էլ չի տալիս, ստիպված է լինում սպասել։

MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանը, խնդրին անդրադառնալով, ասաց, որ նման իրավիճակները արտահանողների, ներկրողների համար հաճախ կրկնվող երևույթ է դարձել, և սա էական դժվարություններ է առաջացնում մարդկանց համար՝ ժամանակի, ֆինանսական կորուստներ, ինչպես նաև ապրանքների փչացման ռիսկեր։

«Այս խնդիրները նախկինում էլ կային, բայց դրանք որոշակի օբյեկտիվ հիմքեր ունեին՝  եղանակային պայմանները, բեռնափոխադրումների հոսքերի ինտեսիվությամբ, բայց հիմա դրան գումարվել են վերջի շրջանի խնդիրները, որոնք ունեն որոշակի աշխարհաքաղաքական բնույթ և նաև այսօրվա իշխանությունների անպատասխանատու մոտեցումը հարցերի լուծումը։ Այս ամենի հետևանքը կրում է մեր երկրի տնտեսությունը»,- նշեց նա։                                                     

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ օրեր առաջ MediaHub-ը գրել էր, որ վրացիները կաշառք են պահանջում գազատարների վարորդներից, որ թողնեն մեքենաներն անարգել հասնեն Հայաստան։

Այսինքն ստացվում է, որ հայ տնտեսվարողները լրջագույն խնդրի առաջ են կանգնած, քանի որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն անգործության են մատնված, ու մեր հարևան երկրները, օգտվելով առիթից, անում են ամեն բան ֆինանսական մեծ կորուստներ պատճառելու հայ տնտեսվարողներին, և քանի որ հայերի թիկունքում չկա իրենց պաշտպանող իշխանություն, ստիպված են իրենց միջոցներով դուրս գալ ստեղծված իրավիճակից։
