29 տարի անց Մհերը ազատ է․ Մհերի և իր տիկնոջ գրառումը

Սիրելի՛ սրտացավ, իրավագիտակից մարդիկ

29 տարի անց Մհերը ազատ է: Նրա բանտարկության ուղիղ կեսը մենք անցել ենք միասին: Այս երկար ճանապարհին երկուսս էլ դարձանք իրավաբան՝ սիրով ու համբերությամբ լի պայքարը համեմելով նաև գիտելիքով:

Տեղյակ եք, որ 2022-ից՝ երեք տարի շարունակ Մհերը գտնվում էր բաց ռեժիմում: Այդ ընթացքում պարբերաբար վերադառնում էր ազատություն: Գումարային հաշվով 3 տարիներից 1 տարին նա բաց հասարակության մեջ է ապրել՝ հայրենաճանաչության դասեր ստանալով՝ լինելով մեր հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերում, մասնակցել տարբեր դասընթացների, միջոցառումների, հետբուհական կրթություն է ստացել:

Սիրելինե՛ր, այս ընթացքում պահպանում էինք հարաբերական լռություն, քանի որ մեր պետության համար ներքին ու արտաքին մարտահրավերները շատ են: Հնարավորինս չէինք բարձրաձայնում, որ 2023-ից ի վեր դատարաններում երեք անգամ մերժվել է Մհերի պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատումը, չնայած պետական երկու կառույցները տալիս էին դրական զեկույցներ: Եվ ահա 4-րդ անգամ, երբևէ ազատվելու իրատեսական հույսի բացակայության պայմաններում, դատարանում երկուսով կանգնած՝ լսում ենք երկար սպասված բաղձալի այդ բառը՝ «ազատել»:

Շնորհակալ ենք յուրաքանչյուրիդ, մեր ընկերներին պայքարի այս երկար, սիրով ու համբերությամբ, բազմաթիվ մերժումներով ու տառապանքներով լի այս ճանապարհին Ձեր ցուցաբերած աջակցության, բարի խոսքի, գործուն ջանքերի, հուսահատությունից ետ վերադարձնելու համար: Մենք դա զգացել ենք մշտապես:

Շնորհակալություն Դատարանին պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման ոլորտի միջազգային կարգավորումները և մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների վերաբերյալ մեր պետության ստանձնած պարտավորությունները հաշվի առնելու և կիրառելու համար:

Հիշեցման կարգով՝ 2018-2021թթ. ազատվել էր 4 ցմահ դատապարտյալ՝ անգամ փակ և կիսափակ ռեժիմներից՝ պատիժ կրելով 20-25 տարի:
