Մի դեպքում «քաղաքական հայտարարություն» է, մյուս դեպքերում՝ «հանցա՞նք». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում, ինչպես հայտնի է, հանիրավի կալանավորված գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը, ինչպես նաև «Սրբազան պայքարն» առաջնորդող Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը, չնայած անազատության մեջ գտնվելու հանգամանքին, զրպարտության և վիրավորանքի համար քաղհայցեր են ներկայացրել դատարաններ՝ մի ամբողջ շարք քպական ու քպամերձ գործիչների և քարոզիչների դեմ (շուրջ երկու տասնյակ, ու ցանկը դեռ լրացվելու է): Բնականաբար, պահանջում են հերքում, հրապարակային ներողություն և ոչ նյութական վնասների հատուցում՝ վիրավորանքի ու զրպարտության համար:

Քպականներն ու նրանց սատելիտները ձևացնում են, թե ոչ մի կերպ անհանգստացած չեն, սակայն իրականում լավ էլ «իրար են խառնվել»՝ ժողովրդական բառուբանով ասած: Ստատուս է, որ «երկնում» են, թե բա՝ մեզ ուզում են լռեցնել: Օրինակ՝ կարկառուն քպականներից մեկը, արձագանքելով իր դեմ հայցերին ու նաև իր բանկային հաշիվների վրա քաղհայցի պահանջի չափով կալանք դնելու դատարանի որոշմանը, մասնավորապես սրտնեղել է, թե «հերիք չի քաղաքական գործիչներին քաղաքական հայտարարությունների համար ոմանք դատի են տալիս, դեռ դատարաններն էլ նման որոշումներ են կայացնում»:

Այստեղ են ասել՝ «այս ե՞րբ նոր եկաք»: Ուրեմն, ստացվում է՝ մարդու, մարդկանց հասցեին ինչ ասես կարելի է ասել ու դա հրամցնել որպես... «քաղաքական հայտարարությո՞ւն»: Մյուս կողմից՝ այդ ինչո՞ւ է շատ ավելի քաղաքական հայտարարությունների համար նույն այդ ՔՊ-ի իշխանությունը ընդդիմադիր կամ պարզապես ակտիվ գործիչներին բանտ ուղարկում: Այն էլ՝ քրեական մեղադրանքներով:

Այսինքն, ընդդիմադիրներին կարելի է ձերբակալել, կալանավորել, դատել իսկապես քաղաքական հայտարարության համար, իսկ իշխանավորներին չի կարելի նույնիսկ դատի տա՞լ զրպարտության համար, «լեզվին եկածն» ասելու համար:

Օրենքն, ի՞նչ է, տեղ-տեղ է գործո՞ւմ: Թե՞ ընդհանրապես չի գործում:
